For anyone purchasing a "rattan style"…
For anyone purchasing a "rattan style" piece of furniture please be aware that "rattan style" means a picture of rattan stuck onto the piece of furniture. For customers buying online maybe the description should be clearer. 100% would not have purchased this if I had known that "rattan style" actually meant rattan sticker

Good quality bed and no hassle service
I had no issues and the process was very simple. Ordered and got a phone call when it was ready for delivery and got delivered as promised. The bed is very sturdy and good quality as well so all is good.

Complained after less than 8 months,
EDIT TO REPLY:
Your solution was to ignore my request for a refund and offer to have it restitched! After 8 months it shouldn't have needed restitching! It was extremely obvious at that point in time the sofa was terrible quality, there was other issues also with the sofa that were basically ignored also at the time like the colour fading and all the cushions becoming droopy and no longer hard like when first bought! I can see from your website the sofa is no longer being sold so I assume I wasn't the only person with issues with it!
Bought a sofa less than 3 years ago for €1900 and after 8 months I had messaged asking for a refund and for them to take back the sofa as after 8 months I wasn't happy with the quality and how much it declined in less than a year! It's got holes on the seams and zips, it's lost its colour, the fibers are coming out of the weaveand the bottom and back cushions are nothing like what they were in the first couple of months, they were solid when I bought them now they are soft and completely out of shape and bottom cushions have dropped about 3 inches of not more! I was told that there wasn't an issue with them I just needed to keep turning and plump them, well now I either have to pay out to get them restuffed or buy a new sofa! Save your money

Great quality at affordable price products, whether chairs or tables. They offered me the assembly of the chair I ordered this time, otherwise it would have normally cost 20 Euros. Shipping was very quick, the day after collecting the chair in the warehouse.

Excellent service
Excellent service from Homeline. The guys delivered the 2 chairs, unpacked them and took away all the packaging. Have only had the chairs about 1 month so hopefully, they'll last a long time but they look great and exactly as described. Would definitely deal with Homeline again.
