Very bad

Very bad
No wi fi suddenly for 4 days

Said having problems and then I have to pay for call out despite paying for no service. Having to pin the box for 1 hour and then advised can try for another 1 hr or take router to office to pay with to see if can fix Nobody calls you back either. wow !
Horrible organisation!!!!!

Brilliant service

I bought a camera bird box from a retailer but it was a homenet product,a PC cable and adaptor were put in side instead of a TV one,as the box had been opened in the shop,when I phoned up and explained this to a gentlemen,I received the correct cable and scart socket the next day,royal mail delivery! I had very good service,very happy,it works perfectly.

Terrible service

Placed an order before Christmas - money was taken out of my account but haven't received anything since! Sent 2 emails but haven't got a reply. Shocking service.

Awful Company

Awful company, reselling poor quality products with no control whatsoever, poor customer service to match.

Promised delivery on Friday (before ordering), placed my order and the item didn't arrive until a full week later!! Item had various issues, scratched, missing corner on one of the drawers, door closing bracket hanging off.

Replacement came about 3 weeks later, was promised a 2 man delivery service. 1 man turns up so I had to carry the item with him as he would never have managed on his own, lucky I was in.

Told to phone back to sort out some discount, after 3 calls, 2 emails and multiple promises of a call back this week I have not heard a word.

Avoid like the plague, I wish I had seen their other reviews before ordering.

AVOID like the plague

Ordered a hotbin at the beginning of August and I'm still waiting 6th October, advert said 14-15 working days delivery.
They hardly answer their telephone, when they do answer it they promise to ring you back with an update and they never do. I requested my money back 3 weeks ago and guess what ??? yes you've guessed it they never did refund my money .What a way to run a company, whoever is in charge of this company should be ashamed of themselves.
I'm now going through my credit card company to try and get my money back.
PLEASE DO NOT DEAL with this company, they will cause you aggravation , high blood pressure , don't be conned by them they are very plausible and sound so pleasant on the telephone..buyers BEWARE !!!!

Rogue Company Advertise items they dont stock and take your money

Ordered a high end kettle - they dont even stock it and have been trying to get my money back since 5 Sept 14. They promise to refund every time I call - I have reported them to Trading Standards as they debit your account before even dispatching goods. Still to this day that item is on there website - with a 1 day delivery for which they also charge you...There a rip off company dont use them ...Strangley enough its the same 2 pepole who answer the phone each time you call - Fraudsters

Con artists!!!!

They take your money, don't deliver your goods. Rarely answer the telephone, never respond to emails and don't refund your money! Avoid avoid avoid! After purchasing my item nearly 2 months ago, I'm still trying to get hold of them for my refund as they haven't delivered the goods.

Still no refund since May 2014

I placed an order with company in May 2014 and due to shipping problems ordered had to be cancelled. It is now September and I have still not received a refund. I get promised every time I phone(eventually when I get through!!)it will be in my bank within 3-5 working days.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Awful Service

Ordered a bed and a week later I had heard absolutely nothing about when it may be being delivered. I contacted the company on the premium number and was informed it should be arriving the end of the following week. I asked to be kept up to date with any updates. The following week arrives and still no bed. I again phone them and they say that a few days before they had been informed of stock issues so I could expect to wait another week (thought they hadn't bothered to tell me this.)

Poor service, poor contact. Avoid.

What a nightmare we've just had. thought we'd bought a garden furniture set advertised on the website as reduced, in-stock and ready to ship. DO NOT BE FOOLED! After 2 weeks we had heard nothing and phoned the number to be told that it was not actually in-stock but would apparently be shipped direct from the manufacturer (probably in china). No date could be confirmed for delivery and we found it incredibly frustrating that we were getting nowhere so demanded a refund. Summer has passed and after 6 weeks and many many frustrated calls, emails and unreturned messages we've eventually just received our money back. NEVER AGAIN!

Do not use this company

Ordered patio furniture, after several calls - made by us, they don't call back!! They cancelled my order & told me they'd issued a refund that day. That was 2 weeks ago, I am still waiting. It's all lies and I wish I had read this review site before placing my order. Credit card company will hopefully recover my losses. The company is a scam for sure.

Item never came - no communication

Paid for a Princess Bed for my daughter. I was told a week for delivery. That was 6 weeks ago. I have rung the company 6 times and not received a call back although promised.
I will now have to reclaim money back through credit card used.

Sham of a company

Began proceedings to get a charge back on my Visa card. Finally received refund once barclays began the process to recover money. 6 weeks of stress. Got a bit lackadaisical about buying online - from now on will be doing my research. Don't make the same mistake.

Don't spoil the ship for 'hapeth of tar

There's an old saying that I use a lot - that is: don't judge a book by its cover. I ordered a rattan sofa set for £713 after being told it was in stock and would be about a week. So, after three working days I decided I really should've checked them out on a review site - what a horror story! I normally check reviews but not so on this occasion. I immediately made a phone call to raise my concerns about these reviews and enquiring if my delivery was now two days away, but not so. I was offered a refund as I was told it would now be the middle of the following week, but I wanted to give them a chance while also stating to them that I would be very unhappy if my delivery went beyond this revised date. Happily I received delivery as promised and give them four stars - they would probably have got five stars if delivery had been made on the original date. Homenetproducts need to sharpen their mind on better customer service as poor reviews can ruin a business - so Homenetproducts; don't spoil the ship for 'hapeth of tar!

Item not delivered on time. No communication. No response to emails

I ordered from Homenet website and the item was said to be for delivery within 15 days. 19 days later the item has not arrived and no communication was received from Homenet to explain what was happening (only the initial order received order). I emailed and received no response. I got in contact through the website and no response. I called today and the phone was answered and the lady who helped me was apologetic and gave me information that the item would be around 8 days longer for delivery. She offered me a refund which I accepted and apologised again. From this response I believe the company are genuine, but they seem to have very poor customer service for web customers and have a pattern of missing delivery dates. I would not use them again.

Excellent Rattan Sofa Set

Ordered online, delivery was a little delayed however this was due to the couriers. Any phone calls or emails sent to Homenet Products were answered swiftly and positively. Excellent item, very pleased.

Bad reviews harm companies ..please read

I agree with the most recent comment from ms Coleman wholeheartedly as my experience was virtually the same. I read the reviews, got a knot in my stomach and feared the worse. Contacted them, answer machine, emailed no reply ...had i lost my money all 433 pounds ...what next? I made a call spoke to Lewis, and I recommend speaking to this gentleman as he was very obliging and courteous and true to his word. I could have ranted and raved and stamped and fumed, to what avail, I would only make myself look stupid and ultimately could have kissed goodbye to seeing my product or money again. My tip, be polite, be courteous yourself, firm, I agree but don't treat everyone badly because you think you know they are bad from a review someone else has put. Judge for yourself, I didn't get my item in the end as the occasion it was bought for had surpassed and I was disappointed and frustrated so I asked for a refund and within an hour an email confirmed it had been sent and monies were received after a couple of days via sagepay. I was offered the upgrade etc etc but ultimately it was unfortunate that it was required for a specific date, I am sure I would have received my item if I hadn't needed it so imminently. Of course I don't expect everyone to read reviews but I never write them so even if one person sees mine and gives the company a chance to redeem themselves then there may be one less small business going into bankruptcy. It's tough as a business, a dog eat dog world and reviews are key, so please bear in mind customer service here although a little rough round the edges is a bit like a good cuppa, everyone taste is different, give them a shot and I hope they come through for you.

Alls well that ends well

Had serious concerns about this company when I read the reviews. However having e-mailed them via their "contact us" page on 3 occasions, I received phone calls from them within 24 hours followed by e-mail updates on my order. My order was not delivered within the 7 day time-frame, and as a result was updated to a superior version, (though it would have been both useful and helpful if I had been informed earlier that the original item was out of stock). Ashley even rang the evening before delivery to confirm that my order would be delivered the following day and check that this was OK with me (a nice touch). The item duly arrived as promised. Overall I did have a number of concerns but I feel the company did try to address these when we made contact. My advice-most of your complaints come down to communication failure. Get someone in to deal with customer contact, ensure you keep the lines of communication to your customers open and keep them up to date with what you are doing.
