The order was not delivered, failed to refund so far
Placed an order in March, the promise was 7 day delivery at the time of the order, contacted them several times in the following weeks, the customer services was useless as they could not tell me when the expect the order to be delivered. After more than a month of waiting I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Surely, no refund was received from them, despite the promise to arrange one. Hence contacted the credit card company to open a dispute. Would not recommend this company to anyone - stay away from them.

Pathetic service
Ordered an item that was to be sent out as a Christmas present have been waiting 3 weeks .
The phone number on their site rings out and emails are ignored. I would rather they told me I wasn't getting my item to allow me to get a replacement but we are getting the run around.
In two days I'll be able to clam through sage pay or through the credit card.

Poor communication and delivery times not meeting those advertised mar this site.
An item I ordered was not delivered. Despite numerous communications I got no answer. The goods ultimately arrived. Better communication from the seller and more realistic delivery times would make a lot of difference, as many of the prices on the site are good.

Very poor delivery time
Ordered a product from this company, took about 6 emails and a telephone call to find out whats happening, seems they don't have a clue as they order the goods to be delivered by supplier so couldn't track parcel, took 2 weeks to arrive! Won't use again
