Proud to be a Homes for Heroes Affiliate in Yuma AZ

Homes for Heroes has truly transformed my business and my mission. It’s allowed me to give back to the heroes in our community while doing what I love every day.

What the company does exceptionally well is making the program simple, impactful, and easy for clients to understand. They provide strong support, marketing tools, and a trusted brand that helps us serve at a higher level, all while staying true to their mission of giving back.

Being able to put money back into the pockets of nurses, teachers, firefighters, and military families makes every transaction so much more meaningful. It’s not just real estate, it’s purpose-driven work.

I’m incredibly grateful to be part of something that aligns so closely with my heart and values.

Paying $2,000 a year upfront for…

Paying $2,000 a year upfront for absolutely no leads (because they don’t have any) is a waste. On top of that, you’re expected to rely on outdated marketing strategies from the 1960s, focusing on ‘building relationships’ and promoting a cause like helping heroes. While supporting heroes is important, you don’t need to pay $2,000 a year to do it. You can easily create professional 6x9 glossy postcards or flyers on Canva and offer discounts on your own terms.

On top of the membership fees, you lose 30% of your hard-earned commission, and they take $700 for every $100K of the home price while pocketing the rest. It’s a for-profit company where even the great employees are poorly treated and undercompensated for their efforts.

Instead, go with true referral companies like VeteransUnited.com. Sold.com, Agent Pronto, FastExpert, Radius Agent, LemonBrew, or ReferralExchange.com, Agenthero.com, homecaptain, 55places.com ect. or call me and I will dial you in with real estate marketing

Hi Ben,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Homes for Heroes didn’t meet your expectations. Our program is designed to connect real estate professionals with heroes in their communities who can benefit from meaningful savings and support in their home-buying or selling journey.

The membership fee helps fund our mission of providing substantial savings to heroes while also supporting affiliates with tools, resources, and opportunities to grow their businesses. Additionally, our approach to "building relationships" stems from a core belief that genuine connections and service make a lasting impact, both for heroes and the professionals who work with them.

We understand our program may not be the right fit for everyone, and we respect that different approaches work for different businesses. We’re always open to constructive feedback to improve and refine our services.

Thank you again for your input, and we wish you success in all your future endeavors.

Shady Company and Experience

I filled out a form on Facebook to be contacted by this company regarding my interest to buy a home. I was sent a text message asking me to call a number to get information. I sent a reply asking them for information on their Cash Rebate and Interest Rates and was told by a representative that they "didn't work this way and that I had to actually speak to someone or I would receive no information." He wished me luck and have not heard back from this individual. Pretty Shady if you ask me!
