Didn't listen when I said I was…
Didn't listen when I said I was considering subdividing down TO 1 x 1 ACRE and 1 x 1.5 ACRES and each new plot needed a 4 bed house.
Told me only custom builders would touch a subdivision and recommended I look at town house floor plans.
In the end, I just gave up trying to explain....

Representative Samara was very pleasant. Not sure though whether enough detail was given to my needs and I felt that I was going yo be herded into another building subdivision - not really what I was looking for. I have not heard back from her since and that is the reason for the 3 star rating.
