I originally wanted to use Hometechware just prior to the pandemic and unfortunately needed to use someone else. Thankfully they were happy to come and sort out the sins of another company and Pshemek and horatio took a great deal of pride in their work - quite rare these days! HomeTechWare recently installed an alarm system in our house. It is simple (as requested) and has proved easy to use either manually or via their app. Very impressed with both service and system. We’ve never had a house alarm before so were rathe unsure. Sam and the team were very helpful throughout!

We had work down on various things in our house by this company one year ago including some outside lights. One year later the lights started to trip. Sam’s team came back, even though the one year guarantee had just expired and fixed the problem for no charge. Very impressed by the aftercare service.

Home TechWare rescued me after two technical crashes in a short space of time. First, I wiped most data off my smartphone in February 2023, and then (separately) soon afterwards my pc crashed and I lost most files and data there too. In each case, Sam worked closely with me to restore what I needed for my job ... remotely on my mobile, but my computer needed intensive work over several days. Sam came down to south London to pick the pc up from my house, and drove down to return it several days later. Basically his has firm fixed everything I needed, and have arranged for my files to be backed up in future. The financial cost has been very reasonable. Most satisfied with the results, highly recomnd this firm.

Found this company via the Which consumer website of trusted traders with five star reviews. I also checked the reviews for this company via Trustpilot and Google which all contained glowing reviews.

Telephoned and spoke to Sam. Booked an installation of a ring doorbell for a couple of days later. The team arrived Thursday morning and installed the ring doorbell to the mains supply, very neat and professional job done. Lovely guys who made sure it was correctly installed and tested. Cleaned up mess and took packing. Very knowledge in their work.

The reasonable cost of work was emailed to me before I accepted the job and payment is done online.

I will not hesitate using HomeTechWare again and they will be top of my list for future security and home fixes. I am so pleased to have found this company - it is worth all of its 5 star reviews.

When my computer crashed and wouldn't start again, Sam and his team were amazingly efficient - and fast - in restoring it back to health. It was collected with a couple of hours and returned the next day. Their communication was also terrific throughout the time. Highly recommend.

HomeTechWare helped me out with a sequence of electrical/home issues (installation of a bathroom fan/blown fuse due to what turned out to be a faulty washing machine) and were terrific. Sam always quick to respond, helped me on the phone when something really needed sorting immediately and he couldn't get someone round, his team were also great and helpful. Invoicing is clear and succinct and they do what they say they will. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Both electricians checked electrical installation conditions, and put right the deficiencies efficiently and quickly. I am delighted with their work, and polite behaviour. They also fitted a light on the side wall by my front door, which is working beautifully.
