NIce people, efficient, competent and helpful
After a disasterous maintenance intervention by another alarm company, Sam at short notice kindly provided a temporary wireless solution while we were on holiday, prior to installing the wired Pyronix system on our return. We are very happy with the work and the after-sales service.

Sam and his team were amazing in helping to install my security lights, CCTV and alarm system. They provided an honest assessment, did a quick and clean job, and there were no surprises. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

In mid-November...
In mid-November, half my flat was plunged into darkness, repeated efforts to operate tripswitch only lasted a few mins or even seconds. Sam came over to suss out the situation, the next day his team came and meticulously checked for the possible cause, and by lunch-time they had found it (not where anyone had thought) and fixed it, also fixing a couple of other un-ideal features of my electrics on the way. I followed the proceedings, and was very impressed : honest, well-skilled and friendly with gormless client. The cost was very fair for such good service. I will certainly call on them again for anything electrical / electronic (they understand that too), and am happy to recommend them.

I spoke to Sam about having my ring video doorbell hardwired. It was a absolutely pleasant experience. Sam was very knowledgable and gave me a lot of advice on how to get the best service and what to look out for when it came to ring Video Doorbell installation. I was working on a very tight budget and Sam did everything he could to reduce cost and even discounted the price of the job. His colleagues were very professional and friendly. They did a great job. I must say the after service was excellent and I will be using them again for future jobs. Overall a great experience. Thanks.
