Outstanding company
Well I opened a live chat with Will the agent as my account was still stating that it was suspended and Will had it removed within minutes. I can't fault the whole company's customer service, billing and reconnection team from start to finish they have all been very polite, very friendly, very helpful and give me a time everything would be up and running again and I would definitely recommend them

Amazing Service from Diego
I had a really positive experience with Diego, who helped me with both my broadband and electricity. He was friendly, professional and really easy to talk to. He took the time to understand what I needed and recommended the packages that best suited me, rather than just trying to sell me something.

Excellent Service
Really happy with the service from Goodlord. I was contacted by Corey while sorting out my house move, and he was really helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and managed to get me a really good deal on my energy.
Corey was friendly, professional and made the whole process really easy. Would definitely recommend Goodlord, especially if you’re moving house and want someone to help take the hassle out of sorting your utilities.
