The worst internet provider I have ever…
The worst internet provider I have ever experienced.
Firstly the speed provided is nowhere near what they advertised (and that is when it works) secondly you will suddenly experience periods of no service with no support or communication from Home Telecom on how issues are being resolved.
I have lost count the amount of time I have spent chasing updates on the app only to be told 'we are working on the issue'. This has been constant throughout the duration of our contract !
This is the third time I have been without service for over a week during my contract.
It baffles me how they have received so many 5 star reviews and I can only assume the AI bots are out in force to boost the score.

He was also very personable which made the experience enjoyable. Jordan is an asset to the team.
