My internet was down on and off several times a day I just thought it was the heat being so hot eventually I rung home telecom who put me through to George who went through a few things to try which I did but decided it was a fault somewhere down the line George then informed me me that the problem will be fixed by the end of the day later on that day I had no further issues and is now working as it should many thanks to George and the team
