Easy to book, many opportunities to choose, reasonable prices.

am very disappointed about the T&C´s of this company.at that time when I booked the house it was mentioned on the webpage free cancellation until early June! Cancellation - please note is never free except in certain cases like death, illness, unemployed otherwise always at least 20% till 60 days before the trip starts. With other providers we could rely on the webpages free means really free cancellation and not incl. cancellation cost of... such as FeWO webpage which we had booked in the past again no hidden condition, I have to send a warning message to my friends and acquaintances. Its unbelievable. You could also not ask questions in advance, normally you can communicate directly with the landlord here, but on this webpage first book then ask. For specific questions you could´t find the answers in Q&A rubric its not helpful. I am really shocked. We will probably not cancel the accomodation, because the cancellation fee even 4 months in advance is already 20% of our price 600Euro - what for? I don't understand that. So please pay attention!

So far, only based on the booking experience, almost everything was very easy and self-explanatory. Only the option money transfer via bank account did not work immediately so that I was not sure if my booking had gone through at all.

It's verry simple because for pepole the are not fit for digital Systems

A direct contact via phone instead a Chat bot would be more helpful to clarify open issues.

The offer is described in detail, there is always the option to access the customer service and when booking you are not asked for payment details, you simply enter your personal details, make the reservation, receive the invoice immediately with the confirmation and clarify the payment modalities directly with the landlord.
