Excellent service, really easy to book and very competitive on pricing

I had a flat tyre on the drive, with no chance of driving to a local garage. My car does not have a spare. The more known brands (halford, kwikfit, nation tyres) will come to replace tyres on the drive but will not attempt repair! After a little online research, I found hometyre who would attempt repair. I can confirm they are a legit company. Came same day with all professional equipment (you need to select repair and choose tyre size just in case they cannot repair). They could not repair because my puncture was too close to another repaired section, so they replaced the tyre there and then. You are told driver name before arrival and my experience was a professional, friendly workmen.

I've saved their number for next time.

Excellent all round. Booked online on a Sunday evening. Had a call and email within an hour to confirm.
Spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed time. I would be 10 mins late but it was no problem he would wait and he did. Showed up on time. was friendly. cracked on and done within an hour. (puncture repair)

I booked a tyre on Sun afternoon not expecting to hear anything until Monday. Was pleasantly surprised when someone called me later that afternoon to confirm everything and tell me that Oleg will be with me on Monday at 11.15.

Oleg arrived 1/2 hour early did a super job and checked all other tyres and pressures. Outstanding… well done Oleg and and Hometyre you have exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend you in the future.

Hometyre are absolutely first rate. I needed to replace all four tyres, but my car is seven years old and I only drive a couple of thousand miles a year. I asked for quotes on several well known brands and Callum in HO was very helpful and agreed It was unnecessary to pay for hi spec ones so he suggested some from the budget range. I was very happy with the price so I booked for Martin to come and fit them…He came two days later , a very pleasant and efficient chap and after finally checking the spare , all was done. Such great service and all on on my drive at home. Cannot recommend Hometyre highly enough.

Great service, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else

We needed tyres fitted asap today. From the initial phone call to Steve turning up to fit them, the whole service could not be more perfect. I did not want this review to sound like a plug. I would have absolutely no hesitation using or recommending HomeTyre to anyone who needs tyres. It was the little extra attention to detail that just made the difference. Steve made sure we knew what the tyre pressures should be, and how to reset our tyre pressure monitors in the car too. The tyres were just a tiny bit more expensive than the cheapest possible quote I could find too. Just a couple of pounds. It is not about price, and their price was still over £40 per tyre cheaper than National Tyres too.

Needed a tyre done ASAP as had a puncture. Called up Monday evening and they came out Tuesday morning. Decent price, very quick and efficient and the Northampton technician was very friendly. Will recommend and use again if needed.

Used Hometyre (Richard from Keswick) for a major puncture from an iron rod whilst in the Lake District. Very efficient and professional service. Knew what special precautions needed for jacking up my car (needs a spacer) and paid attention to checking the correct torque settings for the wheelnuts and inflation pressure too. Very professional and efficient and wish he was my local fitter.

Have to say I was in a bit of a pickle. Car abandoned previous night with a flat tyre and no where to turn to to get it fixed (its a long story). However after filling in a simple form on line with these guys, I got a call, a guy came and fixed my tyre and now its all perfect. Painless, reasonably priced, speedy, great comms and professional. The guy Sergio did a great job!

Everything from the first phone call to when the guy left was just first class. The guys couldn't be more helpful, replaced two tyres same day, even found me cheaper ones than I thought I'd need and then went and had a look at my dad's car which also had a flat! I feel I've been fighting poor customer experience over the past year but these guys have renewed my faith in the ability of some companies to go the extra mile (excuse the pun) for their customers!

Rang this morning to see if I could have my flat tyre sorted Northampton area. Rang back to say they had a tyre and someone would come for 2pm..the guy arrived at 11:30!!! Sadly my alloy was buckled so needed it fixing - was going to be a couple of days. A couple of hours after taking it away the guy called me to say he’d managed to get it sorted for me already and would be back in an hour to fix it all. Exactly what he did and I’m
Able to get about again. I am very grateful and thankful he got it sorted still same day. Very impressed (sorry I can’t remember the guys name) thanks so much again 🙂

Very good customer service all round... Quick reply to my initial email, though to booking and dealing with Craig to help remove damaged locking wheel nut... Very good value and customer service... Will definitely use again!

I had a problem with my drivers side front tyre that has been ongoing for quite a while. James came to look at the tyre today and I finally have a car that I can feel totally safe in thanks to him! He was so knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to me. The valve has been replaced by a well known company a year ago so I was surprised to learn that it was the valve again causing issues. James showed me the damage and explained that it couldn’t have been properly replaced last time. He went above and beyond today and I’m super grateful. I won’t be going anywhere else in future and highly recommend Hometyre to anyone! Thanks again!

Got let down by both Tyres on the drive and Kwik Fit. This company are so great. Turned up when they were supposed. Customer Service checked the tyre, after other tyre fitters gave incorrect info. Will definitely use again.

Seemingly impossible to get prices on their we page for staggered size tyres (wider rear tires than front).
