Really well made Stainless Steel BBQ, best packaging of a product I have ever seen.Great for Cooking as well.

You will need time and space to unpack and assemble this big BBQ, it's NOT super easy to do and needs a Big Space and reading and assembly time.

BUT the end result is well worth it, great quality, super smooth and quiet burners.

Double insulated Hood means it also acts like an Oven, very very efficient, we will soon try the Rotisserie out on it.

Cast Iron grill plates and the solid plate are great to cook on as well.

Instructions are a bit vague, and basically twist Gas Knob’s to spark and light and then release, and you cooking on Gas, as they say.

Stunning BBQ at a very good price. Assembly does take some time, but is well worth it. The cast iron grill plates heat up quickly and spread the heat well. Perfect for cooking your kebabs, chicken, burgers and sausages while drinking a nice cool beer!

This was the second Fire Mountain 4-Burner BBQ I have purchased but the first time I have dealt direct with Fire Mountain.
The delivery was on time with good communication from the courier (FedEx).
Assembly was straight forward. I recommend both product and supplier.

I wanted to buy the same barbecue as my previous one, which had been damaged in a recent storm. I found this company on the internet and they had the exact same model and it was being advertised at an acceptable price, which included a cover. The communication from the seller was very good, with updates on delivery and it arrived within the time frame. All the parts were there and it was very straightforward to assemble. Very sturdy and with a few decent modifications to the previous barbecue, which was over 10 years old. Just one issue was that there was no cover included inside the package. I phoned them straight away and after sending a couple of photos via email I was given confirmation that a cover would be sent immediately. I have had 2 emails confirming this and it has been posted. Very good customer service, so I am completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this model of barbecue and the company. Thanks.

Fast delivery and great customer care

Quick delivery. Quite impressed with the product I don't have to scrape the side of the bowl when mixing.
Cons:
*Attachments look cheap, I hope they last.

My husband and I bought a 12 litre vitinni air fryer,and recently after heavy use, the hinges of the rotating basket broke.
On a visit to the Winter Food show at the NEC, we noticed that Vitinni had a stand there.
We explained to a Vitinni rep called David the problem, and he told us that the model we had was out of production. However he was going into the depot the next day and would look for a spare basket, and would contact us if he found one.
The very next day I received several phone calls which I
missed, but a lady after the weekend again and I formed me that a basket had been found and would be posted to me .
The very next day we received the packaged basket, with postage paid by vitinni.
That is what you call service above and beyond! Thank you so much Vitinni and your wonderful staff!

Great kettle. Easy to use. Really good quality. received it this week , so I’ve only used it a few times.. very happy with product so far.. perfect for tea infusions. Easy to clean

Called Vitinni customer services.
Can't supply manual for GL 862 A air fryer! Not available on their website too. Asked to speak to technical department...advised not possible.
Now they want video uploaded of digital problem experienced. ( They suggested i change fuse to me when fryer is actually switching on! ??? Never heard such rubbish in my life!)..
And trying to help a friend out only.
POOR SERVICES IN MY OPINION.

I bought an air fryer 2 years ago, last week out of no where me and my wife had electric shocks when we touched the air fryer, I emailed them and they said sorry it is 1 month after warranty period, we can do nothing we can not replace or repair, you can throw it in the bin, really dangerous products to buy as the electric shock could kill any one and they escape from responsibility by saying this happened one month after end of warranty so we don't care

Haven't used the cover yet as it is there for when the winter sets in.
