The description states a dark blue and shows a navy blue. It ended up being a dark teal blue which I cannot use. Beautiful tile, but again not what I ordered. So disappointed!

The shipping took a little longer than I thought but still came in quickly. They shipped nicely no issues with the packaging once I opened and seen the backsplash in person I was amazed on how beautiful they were 1,000 times better then they showed on line. we will be ordering from them again for the bathroom remodel.

The tile is beautiful and just as I had ordered. The processing time was a bit long, but each time I checked on the order they got back to me. Shipping was very quick.

Love the tile but not pleased that the shipment was sent to the wrong address. Apparently someone didn’t look closely at the order form and sent the tile to Michigan (where we used to live) instead of Arizona (where the new house is located). Big mistake on your part but luckily we still got our tile.

I am so very pleased with the mosaic tiles. Went up pretty simple and are very pretty. I love the new look it gives my new kitchen.

It takes way too long for Hominter to even confirm an order, 12 days or more. Poor customer service.

I received my order in 5 days. It was packaged securely, with no damage. The tile is very good quality. I am completely satisfied. I made a second order already.

Ordered tile Sunday night received order by Wednesday afternoon very fast tile is as advertised amazing other sites I looked on quoted me more and delivery time would have been 8 weeks out these guys were fast and less expensive great experience

I was in hurry to purchase tiles but was easy to order and came more faster than expected with standard shipping. Was pack to ensure that tiles wasn't going to get damage in shipping process. Will use this company again the future.

I received all of my 150 sq. ft. worth of tile in less than 4 days from the time I ordered! The tile is so beautiful - even more beautiful than the pictures. I would order from Hominter again and again. Their customer service is top notch as well. They do everything they say!

I had to choose almost everything for my new kitchen online, due to the coronavirus. Once I decided what kind of backsplash to go with, I was happy to find it at a better price at Hominter, and truly thrilled that it was delivered so quickly! I was puzzled at the five extra (completely unrelated, and very different) pieces of tile they included, but decided they must have been there just to fill the box up. They will probably be going some school's art class where they will be put to good use. :-)

Took forever and and the product I can’t use cause it is paper thin tile. I asked previously if I can use on bathroom floor. Also the color is pink and not the purple I was selecting. I also tried calling custom support and it is impossible to talk to someone. Finally I want to return product and ask on another and have received no help.
