Excellent sales service
Excellent sales service, with product brought from vendor in China to delivery in Miami Beach within six days! Count and contents were accurate. Mosaic product is beautiful! The interspersed wine-colored pieces in photos were not found in the product received, a slight disappointment, but the gold pieces themselves with the stainless pieces are beautiful, and I can`t wait to see the results of installation. Definitely I am glad that I found this website and only wish I had discovered it years ago for use in my properties, as it certainly outshines the bland choices available from Home Depot in this area.

Seems to have a good selection
Seems to have a good selection. Only half of my order was shipped and delivered. It took a couple of days for them to figure out the tracking number for the other half. They didnt ship that until the day I brought up the problem. I would buy from them again for exotic tile that you cant find locally but you will want to give them a couple of weeks to ship ALL of your product to you. The half that I have received was packaged very well and nothing came broken.

Poor customer service
This is the second time I ordered tile. The first time several pieces were chipped and/or cracked. They would not replace the individual small glass tiles on the mosaic sheet. I would have to purchase several sheets again. The second time the tiles were in perfect condition, but they were the wrong tiles. Very similar to the ones I ordered, but a different style. I was told they are the right tiles but the colors may be different....not true. These were a different style that they sell. I sent another email explaining that it was the green tile and not the blue ones I ordered, but after sending pictures, I was not sent any other response. The tile is beautiful, but I will not be ordering again because of very poor customer service.

we are so sorry for the confusion. After checking that you order a sample 4 months ago, it is very long time. As you know the tiles are made by very highly temperature, and different technician, different batch, so the color will be a little different, but it is very very nearly the original, if you don't like the tiles, we agree to return, thank you.
Beautiful tile, but make sure address is on all boxes sent
The company that sends the tile off needs to put address on all boxes of tile and not send odd samples in boxes.The fed-x remembered me when a day later i was sent 1 more box of tile. They were packaged really good, and the tile is beautiful along my counter top and above my stove.

Easy to work with, fabulous and unique products and most importantly - SPEEDY delivery. I received the sample I requested in 9 days and the product I ordered in 10 days. I had several questions and they were addressed quickly and professionally.
I’m so very pleased with my accent tile, it is beautiful and like nothing else I found locally. Glad I took the risk of ordering from this company, ordering from other companies in China, in the past, has been a nightmare, this was more than a pleasant experience.
