i bought a dress 3/3/23 and purchased it with expedited shipping to be shipped within 3-5 days. It is 3/17/23 and there’s still no update, i need this dress by the first of april. It hasn’t even shipped yet!! I didn’t get it tailored or anything and i have emailed them and they say the same thing each time i email them. my order number is WBHRUS7294. All i ask is it come in on time.

I placed an order on 02/26/23. The receipt reads order will be shipped in 7-10 days. It is 03/17/23 and when I ask when is my order going to ship I'm told they are expediting my order and will ship ASAP. I don't trust this website and you can't speak to a live person. I went against everything telling me not to trust this site even the reviews. I highly recommend you don't shop here. If you look at the reviews you have 1 star, 5 stars, 1 star, and 5 stars, clearly, they have mastered the star rating process.

My daughter ordered her dress for prom on 2/27/2023 we have emailed the company several times and they now cancelled the order and have blocked us from signing into the website completely. This website is a scam PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered my dress on March 8th, I emailed them in the 10th because there was no update like processing or anything. They replied and said my order is almost finished. It’s March 15th I emailed them yesterday and no response. I even told them I have to get it by April 1st and they didn’t say anything concerning that. Order number is #WBHRUS7548

If I could give zero stars that’s what I would give. Paid for expensive 3 day shipping and it took almost 2 weeks. My kid missed her dance due to not having her dress in time. when I did get the dress is was poor poor quality. I emailed this company and they told me I would have to ship the dress back for a refund and shipping back to China costs more than I spent on the dress. Also would not refund me for shipping. My daughter ordered her dress for senior prom. We haven’t gotten it yet. We ordered in time and paid for expedited shipping. They don’t respond to emails nor have they sent the tracking number we requested etc. I’m contacting American Express. We haven’t received the dress.

Took 5.5 weeks to come… 4 weeks were just processing before it even shipped. The dress came completely damaged. Stains all over the fabric that are very noticeable, now I have no dress for my senior prom. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE!! Thanks homrain❤️.

I ordered a dress that was to ship within 48 hours of ordering. I ordered 5 days ago and still not shipped. I contacted the company and they refuse to give a timeline of when it will ship or arrive. I am pretty sure this is a scam. I’ll be reporting as fraud to my credit card for investigation. Very disappointed.

Ordered a dreas for my daughter for her formal, dress came but the size was way off. My wife and I have tried contacting them over a week to return the item, meaning you have to wait on emails for returns, and was going to purchase another dress from them. We havent received any info, on getting it returned, the customer service is absolutely horrible, email only. I would not recommend, if they get in touch with us and make this right I will update!!

Well, I guess I should have known better.
I made the order for a dress, then realized it was a scammer site. They have no contact information, other than an email.
I tried contacting the phone number that was listed, it was one those scammer generated phone numbers. They did respond to my email, by saying they weren't a scammer site. I contacted my credit card company, they already disputed the payment and reimbursed me. But, 2 weeks after the dispute, they sent me an email saying it was shipped out.
The original order was for a tailored lilac spaghetti strap dress, I received the dress yesterday, it's way too big (over a month later), it's not the same color as the picture. I emailed saying, that I don't want the dress. I contacted my credit card company again, explained to them, that they still sent the dress, even after the dispute.
I don't want this dress!

Ordered a dress from this website on 02/11/2023. Order # WBHRUS6664. We knew the dress would be a Sherri Hill knockoff, which we were fine with because of the significant price difference.

The website says the tailor time is 7-12 business days and then shipping will be provided. It has now been 15 business days with no shipping information provided. I have sent three emails asking for a status update and shipping confirmation and have not received any response.

Thankfully I am able to dispute the charges with my bank and will get my money back, but what a hassle this has been. We were very excited about this dress as it was going to be for my daughter's senior year prom. Just unfortunate that this website is fake. They will take your money and not provide you with the dress! We were fooled by the positive reviews on the website under the dresses shown, but they must be from family or friends of these crooks! They can't be legit positive experiences.

Learn from my mistake and don't trust this website. They will take your money and leave you with no dress at all. I would give them 0 stars if I could because that is truly what they deserve!!!

Do NOT order from this company! After PayPal charge on Jan. 17, Order No. WBHRUS6027 and numerous email with Catrina and Roel assuring me my order is being processed, it still hasn’t shipped. Is needed for Feb 14. date and the6 are aware of it! Will be cancelling unprocessed order. Should not be charging until shipped.

It’s been 12 days since I ordered and it’s still not processed or shipped. I keep live chatting with them or “Catrina” who keeps trying to assure me that it will be shipped and in my hands by February. Since all of this I have noticed their photo is a sherrill hill dress after doing a Google image search. It showed this photo on all of the other scam dress places too. Order #WBHRUS5853 I wrote to see when this would be shipped since I ordered it over 10 days ago. The person responded that all over their website they are closed until Feb for Chinese New Year. Could someone please show me that as of Jan 7? Seeing the persons review 4 days ago and them saying the item had shipped someone is lying and this very well may be a scam site

This company is a scam. I ordered from them yesterday. Order number: WBHRUS5889. I requested cancellation immediately after ordering because I found a dress from Dillards (a reputable department store) that I like more. They responded promptly and asked that I provide a reason for the cancellation. I advised that the dress was no longer needed. They responded with a bribe to offer 10% off if I keep the item. I politely asked that they please cancel. My next email came in swiftly and advised that my order had shipped and cancellation was not possible. I will be telling and posting everywhere that this company is a scam. I should have known that as most foreign companies like this are. Luckily I am able to dispute the charges and I will be doing so.

I ordered the same dress but in two different sizes knowing I would send back the dress that didn’t fit.
The dress I ordered was exactly as it appeared on-line; however, returning the second dress has been a nightmare!
They don’t want any items returned so they make the return process an absolute nightmare! They want a pic of what you’re returning, they then want you to label the package with customers name on it, then they want a copy of the receipt then they want a pic of the return label; they constantly move the finish line pretending to help you but they know you will eventually run out of steam dealing with them and they will keep your money.
They never really give you a return address and I spent $40 to return the pkg to Hong Kong which was on the original pkg I received but they eventually tell you to return the pkg to China but they don’t tell you the address until like the 15th email!
Now they say I didn’t provide a picture of the rerun label so they cannot refund my money even though the receipt (with tracking number) from the post office shows it was delivered!
Beyond frustrating!!!
I will never use this company again; they move the finish line so they never have to refund your money; find another company to buy from!

I would highly recommend against ordering a dress from this company. My personal experience has been terrible and extremely frustrating. This has been a couple month ordeal for a dress that was less than satisfactory and very over priced. They are not forthcoming about their return policy and require a return within 14 days. With that, a foreign address, a long list stipulations (which I adhered to) and endless promises for a refund that never comes. You will never get your money back from this company so I would highly advise against getting a dress from them unless you can see and try dress on in person. very deceptive.

Like many others, I wanted to return a dress that looked very different when it was received than the picture online. Even though I emailed the customer service email within the return window I still have not received a response.
