Received the dress about 4 weeks after ordering- it’s beautiful, and decent quality. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fit so I have initiated the return process (sent email the day the dress was received)…and I’m concerned! It’s been well over 24 hours and no response with the promised instructions. I’ve still got time, but based on the reviews, I’m not getting my hopes up.

WBHRUS9113 is my order number. I have tried to contact this company but haven't got any responses, I'd like to cancel my order and receive a refund. it was paid 3 days ago please email me back thankyou.

So the dress is beautiful and I feel like it’s quality- BUT, they do not make returns possible, even though they say they do.
I emailed (per instructions) about returning the dress purchased and the responded in 48 hours asking for pictures to verify size of dress, I emailed pics three days later (as I was out of town) and I have emailed three more times since then with absolutely no response. I believe they do this so that you run out of time for their 14 day return policy from the time you receive the dress. And it has to be mailed back to China! That takes 6-10 days and is not cheap.
I gave up and given the fact that their lack of communication would mean I could not get the dress back within the time table and then I would imagine they would decline the return for that reason, after the trouble and expense. This is just my honest review.
I will not purchase from them or their multiple companies again. I believe, Llella are the same company. Can’t recommend.

UPDATE- they have emailed me and I have forwarded to them emails I sent with the requested information for the return that were sent within their return timeline. If they take the dress back- as they rightfully should, I will update my review. I do not leave reviews lightly and I only do so to help a future buyer avoid a bad exp and or tell them about a really good one.

Update: still ZERO affective communication with return agent Catrina. I have now emailed her the pictures she requested 5 times. Still no resolution.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR CERTAIN YOU NOT NEED TO RETURN. It is clear they stall and delay return communication until people give up. NOT ETHICAL BEHAVIOR.

WBHRUS8848 is my order number. I have tried to contact this company with no luck. Our order just says processed with no shipping info even though it has been 8 business days since my order meaning it should arrive in 2 days to meet their 6-10 day window. How is that going to happen?

I ordered a burgundy dress with white sequins. I received a red dress with red sequins. The design on the dress is different then what's advertised. I wish I was able to submit photos. I will be submitting the photos to paypals when I file a complaint and I expect a full refund and for you to pay for shipping this back. This is false advertising of your product. The color of the dress, the color of the sequins and the design on the dress.

I have been trying to reach them because I have received no information on a prom dress I ordered 3/14! It’s been 3 weeks and the tracking system doesn’t work. They have a bogus email on their website so there is no way to get in touch to see about my missing order (order #WBHRUS7888)

I'm literally still waiting on my dress that I ordered 3 weeks ago, at this point I really don't think my dress is going to be here on time. I really should've looked at their reviews before ordering because what everyone is saying about their shipping is true. I ordered a 3-5 day shipping rout and it STILL hasn't gotten here. My order # is WBHRUS8256. It shouldn't still be "processing" after 3 weeks of ordering.

The dresses from this company are absolutely stunning. I receive so many compliments every time I wear one. The styles are unique and the attention to detail is impressive. Highly recommend!

Be careful. Dresses are cheaply made. Returns are impossible. You have to email them, they do respond by telling you to send a pic of the items size tag and they will send instructions for return. They never do. They Wai til you are at your 14 day window and trll you it's too late. Terrible company.

I ORDERED A SUIT AND SHOES 7 days ago, I ordered it to be here from 3-5 days and it’s still isn’t here, it hasn’t even been shipped out, I have prom April 14 and I’m still waiting for my suit, my order number is WBHRUS8470 and whenever I input it in to track my oder it says unknown, I should’ve read the reviews first because everyone is having THE SAME problems as I am, we’re is my suit, and if it ain’t coming we’re is my money???

Order number WBHRUS7717. I placed my order March 12,2023. It said tailoring for this dress would take between 7-12 days and shipping 6-10 days. It’s March 29, 2023 and I don’t even have confirmation tailoring is done, and no shipping information. Just my order was placed, they got my money, and I got no dress!!!! What a scam.
You use the same response for everyone!!! YES I LOOKED AT tailoring and shipping days, I wouldn’t have made a review of it weren’t past those days🤦‍♀️

I have reached out to your company 4 different times. Each time I am assured that once my order is shipped out I will receive an email about tracking information. I placed my order on March 7th. On your website it says that tailoring will take 7-12 business days to complete, so my tailoring should have been done around March 22nd for the max time that you have stated. I know that it is around prom season but I would like to be informed if my dress is not done. On March 25th I got a response to my email saying that my dress is almost done, and once it is shipped I will receive an email containing shipping information and tracking. Now you have also said on your site with standard shipping it will be 3-10 business days and considering it is over the time for tailoring I am worried that my dress will not be done by April 22nd, the day of my prom. I also have still yet to receive any information about shipping and am getting quit frustrated about this whole situation.

Just like everyone else, I am being ignored by customer support. I reached out after 20 days (10 to tailor and 10 to ship) and I was re-assured my dress would arrive in a few short days. Today, it still has not shipped and now customer support won't even answer my emails. STAY AWAY from this company. When I came to see if they were a scam I ran into several of these reviews. All recent reviews are saying the same thing. This company is a SCAM!!!!

4/9 will be a month you email them with the same response over and over & claim their tailored no one in their right mind could produce that many dresses a day hand sewn. April 9th will be 30 days the date needed gown for has now passed so A fraud report has been submitted don’t use this website

I've emailed about my order and no response. I received an reply once and that's it. The last email I requested a refund since the dress won't arrive in time.

I ordered a dress on this website over 10 days ago, and I have not received any updates if it has even shipped or not. I did not get it custom tailored. My order number is WBHRUS7773.
I emailed them asking for an update but I have gotten no response. I will re-rate my experience if they respond to me with an update on where my dress is and the ETA.

I contacted email multiple times, no response. The one response we got was something ab a sizing issue when I never mentioned that in the email. We ordered this dress a while ago and we don’t know where it is. All we asked for was a tracking number but apparently that’s too much to ask for. Our order number is WBHRUSXXXX my prom is on the 29th so we either need this dress asap or we are taking the charge back from the bank and finding a new dress, letting everyone we know not to use this website. I don’t remember when we ordered but the ETA was march 12-17

If I could do no star I would they are so so terrible I ordered a dress for my daughter March 2, 2023 paid $27 dollars for 3-5 day shipping today is the March 21 and it still hasn’t even shipped FYI it’s coming from China and they don’t communicate at all!! DO NOT BUY A DRESS from them I have sent several messages to them with no response I wish there was a place for me to attach pictures to show when I ordered and all the times I’ve reached out to them with no response if this has happened to you dispute the charge with your bank that’s what I’m doing and if they get enough people to do that they won’t be in business for long.. as they shouldn’t. Worst experience EVER now we’re 2 days before prom
