I wanted to cancel my order of 3 dresses. I did everything I was told on the website. I emailed them with my order number and all the information they had said they needed on the website (including screenshots). This was also 4 days after I initially ordered them and they had not yet been shipped. I have not received any response and I am starting to doubt I will. Do not trust this company.

This place is such a SCAM and it has been a nightmare trying to get answers from anyone only to find out it will cost me nearly 3 times the cost of the dress just to ship it back to their offices in China. This company preaches that their dresses are “made to order” and that is such a joke these dresses are SO poorly made and the quality doesn’t line up with the price. The day I opened my package it had little strings sticking out all over by the seams. I am so sorry I ever purchased anything from here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have never had such horrible…
I have never had such horrible experience ordering from a company. Shipment has taken way longer than website advises, member services gives no indication or helpful advice, and company will not return my money to me. I will never order from this website again. I still don’t even have the dresses I ordered - let alone reading all of the comments here when I do want to return them am already for-warned that the company is not helpful with returns again going against their own website descriptions.

No reply to an email we sent in search of an answer. After reading other reviews not much confidence we will see this dress arrive on time. i ordered a dress from them and in a few hours i realized it was a sherri hill dress so i tried to cancel it and according to the website i still had time but no one has responded to my emails and there is no way to cancel your orders guess i’m just gonna have to dispute the charge with my bank and hope they’ll give me the money back. my order number was WBHRUS9496 and i have noticed that that is the reply you give to most reviews. maybe instead of just giving the same useless promise you could actually do something and stop scamming people out of their money or at least allow people to write reviews on your website.

This company should get -10 stars!!!!! They are HORRIBLE!
If I could give this less than one star I would! This company is absolutely horrible! I purchased a dress on March 24th, and paid $200 with shipping. The dress was purchased for Prom, which is on April 10th. Yes, I’m aware that is a little late. However, she just decided she wants to go last minute. It is now April 10th and this time has yet to ship out. Shipping that I paid for was 6-10 business days. I have sent multiple communications and the responses I haven’t gotten range from “We have let the team know of your needed arrival date, but can make no promises” to “ be aware full refunds are only possible if you cancel within 120 hours of the purchase” to “Shipping time frames are NEVER guaranteed”. Not one time has this, suspect at best company even apologized for the horrible Customer Service, for the bs shipping time frame, or for the general lack of clear communication. I am now being forced to despite the charge with my bank, and who knows if I will get my money back or not. And spend more money on an another dress that god willing will be here on time! Save your money, your time, and the headache and order somewhere else. Do NOT be deceived by the reviews on their website. They are an overseas company, who I believe ships from CHINA. They legit have no intention of shipping anything in the time frames you pay for, nor do they have any customer service whatsoever. There is not even a number to call, just a basic email for every department. I will be informing the BBB, and possibly a lawyer. I REPEAT, don’t get scammed by this company!!!!!

Returns don’t seem to be easy
WBHRUS8297 is my order number.
We really like the dress and did receive it in a decent time table.
Unfortunately, we need to return it since it is too big around the waist. I’ve emailed the support email several times but haven’t received return instructions. I am within the time frame and hope that the company isn’t stalling on purpose. A better return procedure could help out this company tremendously./
