This company isn’t real. They have my son in his prom attire that I DID NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM on their website without permission claiming it as theirs… DO NOT DO IT

Terrible Customer Service - Buyer Beware!!

My order number is WBHRUS8328. I ordered on 3/22 I didn't receive the 2 dresses until 4/14. The quality was not what I expected and the dresses did not fit, however due to the delay in shipping there wasn't enough time to have them altered before prom. I notified them immediately that I wanted to return the dresses for a refund. They responded saying I needed to take pictures of the dresses and email them the pics. I did. They offered me a 10% refund and said I could keep the dresses or I could return them at my expense. I told them I wanted to return them and requested the shipping information (like where to send them) it's been 5 days and they haven't responded. I opened a dispute with Paypal.

I am highly upset about this company

I am highly upset about this company. I ordered my daughter a dress and it came in a week perfect only problem the dress was too small. Since they shipped so fast I reorder the dress in a larger size and contacted them to return the smaller dress now I can’t get in touch with anyone. I have not receive the larger size dress at all and no tracking number. So that’s $300 tied up with this scam company.

THE WORST COMPANY….

THE WORST COMPANY….

I placed an order with expedited shipping on April 11 for my son prom which is this Saturday April 29th. I’ve been sending emails after emails to get not one response. I’ve had to order from another company in order for my son can go to his first prom. I’m beyond mad, pissed, angry. I need all my money back in my account. I’ve also reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. It’s heartbreaking to take people hard earn money for a memorable occasion for this company not to send out the items that’s been ordered. Send me my money back NOW!

Im so upset!!

Im so upset!!! I ordered my dress on April 3rd, and i have YET to recieve my dress or even a tracking number . I have an event to go to and need my dress atleast by May 8th . If my dress is not here by then, then i want a FULL REFUND. My order number is WBHRUS9041

Unhappy customer. I ordered a dress and it has not shipped yet and I cannot get the company to respond to my emails. I even paid for expedited shipping. I need the dress for an event May 6th. I would really appreciate a response to my emails. That is not the way to do business. I am worried this website is a scam.

i’m very upset

i’m very upset, i bought a dress from a different company and got scammed, i decided to try this company out and the same thing is happening. i got the fastest shipping 3-5 days i ordered my dress last week. and i never got a order code because my dress apparently is “still processing” i’m very upset and have no idea what to do. my prom is may 6th.

HORRIBLE COMPANY ***SCAM ALERT****

I placed an order on Apr 13, 2023, (WBHRUS9669) with expedited shipping for 3-5 days, and I still have not received my order or a response to my email. My son's prom is May 6th, and now I am scrabbling trying to locate another suit for him. This company is a scam, and I want all my money back.

Still waiting !!

My order WBHRUS9119 still is not here when it said 6-10 days and I placed it about a month ago. I have prom in less than 2 weeks and stressed out. I can’t even track where the pack is at.

Customer Service won’t respond to me! I sent pictures and can’t receive a response. I need a refund……Order number WBHRUS8882. I am requesting a refund. I received a dress 3 weeks after ordering. The dress was made incorrectly with the satin layer that was supposed to be on the outside of the dress was used as the under layer and sewn underneath with the under layer on the whole top of the dress. Don’t buy from Homrain.

The worst company ever. They sent my daughter a dress with a broken zipper. The dress shipped from California and they want me to return it to China. Customer service is a joke you cannot call and speak to anyone.. customer service told me to send it to China. Your not helping at all. You told me to return it to china.

Absolutely not

Absolutely not. Ordered almost a month ago and it went past my house all the way to berlin and has been there for days. I am so stressed. I have emailed them multiple times and nothing. A real rip off. I want a full refund!

Still Waiting!

I have attempted to contact Homrain several times. They have not had any updates on the dress whatsoever. I ordered it at the beginning of the month and had it be delivered as early as possible. It hasn’t shown up and it’s worrying me. I need to know if they either are out of the dress that I want or that they are going to be a while. I didn’t have it getting tailored so I don’t know why it’s been this long.

I’m reading these comments and I’m also very concerned about getting my order in on time. I’ve contacted their “support” email numerous times and have received no reply. Ordered 4/2 and now it’s 4/21 and USPS is still “awaiting item”. Either give me an update on when my item will arrive or a refund.

If I could give less than 1 star I…

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Same complaint as everyone else.They gladly took my money on 3/31/2023 with an estimated 6-10 business day delivery time. No sign of dress being shipped, no response to any of my 5 e-mails, no dress and certainly no response from Homrain. Last e-mail sent I cancelled the order and demanded a full refund. Shockingly no response yet!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered my son prom tuxedo and paid for expedited shipping (3-5 business day) Order#: WBHRUS9752. I sent this company several emails with no response. The order states it has not yet been fulfilled and your time has expired. Refund me my money and I'll filing a claim to report this company to the Better Business Bureau so they can no longer operate in the United State.

Ordered my prom dress over a month ago…

Ordered my prom dress over a month ago for my prom this saturday. STILL not here. We were told 6-10 business days. We’ve been checking on it for the past two weeks and it’s been anywhere from Japan to Berlin!! Horrible experience.
