I’ve actually gotten two dresses here…

I’ve actually gotten two dresses here and am very very pleased. We chose a custom dress the second time that said it would ship in like 7-21 days and chose 3-5 day shipping. We got it in 13 days! It fits perfect and looks about 90% identical to a dress that was 350 more in a boutique here.

Terrible communication and false pics

I’ve tried to return a dress to Homrain but the email address wasn’t send able nor would they give me the mailing address for returning an item that doesn’t look like the image. AVOID!!!

Zero! That's my rating. Do not buy from this company. We still haven't received an order from MAY! I've contacted the company several times, and they send the same generic email that I should contact the shipping company. Their shipping company can't be reached through phone or email. Not good! Do not order.

This company is an absolute scam

This company is an absolute scam! The items being represented on the website are images the company has taken of items from other companies. They are NOT selling the items you see and think you are ordering, but instead a cheap knock off that is nowhere near the quality you think you are paying for. The item I ordered was a beautiful, flowy, royal blue homecoming dress with rhinestone overlapping straps, and with pockets. The item I got was a stiff,
crispy, ugly blue, badly designed dress with two simple spaghetti straps that would not fit anyones proportions and no pockets! The chest was so insanely huge you would have to have a size zero body and an H cup size to fill it out, that is not what the size chart described.
As others have stated, the return policy states you pay the shipping to return, which should be less than $20 to anywhere in America and is totally acceptable for online shopping which most consumers are willing to pay. They do not state anywhere on their website or return policy that they ship the item from CHINA! They offered me a percentage of my purchase, the equivalent of $16 to keep the item or pay to ship it back to CHINA.

I ordered from the company from their…

I ordered from the company from their "US warehouse" and was ok to pay return shipping if the dress did not fit. No where did it indicate the dress shipped from China, until the tracking info was received. The dress did not fit right and the zipper broke when trying it on. Dress was poorly made and customer service offered me 10% of the purchase price to keep a dress that did not fit and broke when trying on. I asked for their "US warehouse" address and was told the only place for returns was China. $120 to ship back the $80 dress. I couldn't sell it, and they would not work with me. I did get my money back after filing a dispute with credit card company. Would rate a 0 if that was possible.
Writing a review here as there is no place on their own website to submit one---only areas to read wonderful reviews that end in average 4.6 rating. Complete lies!!!

Great customer service, beautiful dress

The customer service team at this company was so helpful when I had a question about sizing. They recommended a different dress that ended up being perfect for me. The dress was elegant and beautiful, and I received so many compliments.

Terrible customer service and bad quality

Ordered a dress from this company and when it came in it was terrible quality and did not fit right. It was 115 dollars so I requested to get a refund. After emailing the company they did not respond for over 2 weeks and then claimed that I could not return the item because I did not let them know with in the 10 day return period. I emailed back with proof of my first email and then another week went by before I got a response. I sent the dress back with the provided instructions. It had been about 2 months since I first emailed them and still no refund. Overall a very bad experience and I will not be ordering from them again and I do not recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM HOMRAIN/ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Save your money, this company is a scam!! I bought two dresses hoping for prom and when they showed up, prom was past due although I bought fast shipping and the dresses were defective. I requested a refund and they refused twice to give me one saying that I sent my shipment back to the wrong warehouse!! BUT I DID NOT EVEN SEND MY DRESSES BACK BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A RETURN ADDRESS OR LABEL. Customer service is awful and I’ve been asking for a return for a month now only for them to shut me down since they seem to think I have sent the dresses out when I have not. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I am working with my bank right now to dispute it. Order Number WBHRUS10163. Again, don’t but if you are expecting to return smh.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!!!

Ordered a dress for my daughter around 2/26/23. Received the dress a couple weeks later and it did not fit. Contacted them immediately that we needed to return the item. Communication with customer service was awful. It took almost a week to finally get the information needed to return the item. Shipped the item back around around 3/20/23. Kept checking my bank account and no return. On 5/2/23 I emailed them asking for a status update on my return. Emailed back and forth and finally on 5/16/23 received an email stating
“Dear customers,
Sorry for the late reply.
We have canceled your order and issued you a refund. Please note that for refunds, according to the regulations of the payment platform, we can only refund the refund to the original card/account you paid for the order within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank processing.
Thank you for your understanding.

It is now 5/31/23 and still no refund issued. Avoid this company at all costs. They are TERRIBLE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE...SCAM

This site is a complete scam! The order was placed on 4/29 and arrived on 5/23.
We paid $30 for the 3-4 day shipping so we would have the suit by 5/18. The company would not provide any updayes as we waited. We had to go buy another suit locally because it did not arrive in time. We have sent numerous emails and they refuse to credit any shipping even though it was not shipped in the time specified. They eventually stopped responding. I'm currently providing all documentation to my bank to try and get the company investigated and my money back. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!

DO NOT order from them! They are dishonest and unreliable. Ordered a prom dress on 4/23 and paid $30 for 5-7 days shipping. Dress never came and they will not refund my money! Prom has come and gone now and still no dress. It is now 5/11 and they have stopped even responding. Had to open a case with AMEX now to try to get my money back. SCAMMERS!
