Awful Customer Service - Cannot Get Refund

The customer service is awful. I purchased a dress that ended up being too small and immediately contacted them and requested a refund as directed by their website. I received a response back asking for photos of the size tag which I sent back within minutes. It's now been over a week and I cannot get ANYONE to respond to me. I have sent 6 emails asking where I should mail my package back for a refund and nobody will respond. I cannot find a phone number and overall their customer service is terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE: While I appreciate your reply 10 months after my initial complaint, I have already used the email address you provided in your response to attempt to contact you - at least five times - back in September, October and November with no response from you. I truly feel like this company is a scam with no regard for customers and customer service. If you truly care, send my money back. You have my order number and all my billing details. I expect I will hear nothing from you.

Terrible company

I ordered two dresses from this company for my daughters homecoming . Received one of them and requested a return/ refund the same day . The quality of the dress was terrible and it was way too big . I have emailed them almost daily for a week and have not gotten a response . The other dress has yet to come . The dresses were over $100 each . The same pictures and dresses are on Amazon for $69 each . I believe this company is a scam . WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I should have known better . Order numbers

Wish there was a 0. SCAM! no tracking number, no contact email or text chat in over 78 hours need for hoco for my daughter and now i’m out the money until dispute is over and having to buy another dress!

DO NOT order from Homrain

DO NOT order from Homrain! They do not honor their return policy and if we cannot get our credit card company to dispute the charges we are out $150. The first dress arrived in a timely manner, it was just way too big, even though it was my daughters correct size. I've spend almost 3 weeks trying to return it and they keep giving me the run around. I was well within the policy to return when I first contacted them. The 2nd dress came 4 weeks after ordering, from China, and was a very poor quality dress with cheap material and it was very ill-fitting. You will be throwing away your money if you order from this company.

SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are based out of China and their website tells you “easy returns” but you have to EMAIL them before you can return item. When you email to return they make you take several pictures before they give you a return number and tell you the shipping address is in CHINA and YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS! When I actually went to the post office to see what the cost would be to return it, not only could they not locate the address in China they gave me, but they said to send a package to this city in China would be over $100!! This is a scam do not buy from this company! I have no way to send this back and have to dispute this charge now with my bank!

Zero stars absolute horrible experience

I wish I could give zero stars. My daughter ordered a homecoming dress August 15. We have not received the dress or US tracking number. I have emailed the company 3 times with no response. Next step is to dispute the charge with the bank. Absolutely horrible customer service and experience.

Awful customer service

I ordered my daughter’s homecoming dress on 8/1/23. As of 9/15/23, the dress hasn’t even been shipped. Homecoming is in 3 weeks. I emailed them over a week ago. Zero response. Emailed again today. Now we are out $90 and my daughter has no homecoming dress. This company has to be a scam.

Poor Customer Service and Quality

Both color and quality of the items I received are not what was represented on the website. Sizing runs small and neither of the dresses fit. Website says 14 day return policy, but I can't get customer service to respond to my emails and provide instruction for returns. Chat on website is disabled and no phone number listed. How am I supposed to return in 14 days if I can't get them to respond?

SCAM

SCAM! I wish I could give it a 0. I wish I could call because their email process for returns is a complete scam. The dress is cheap and the zipper is broken. I am now stuck with a dress that cannot be worn. Horrible company. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Runs Small

I ordered my daughter’s dress from Homrain. It arrived 1 day later than expected so I give them 3 stars on delivery. However, the dress is way too small and we actually measured my daughter and went by the sizing guide on the website. We ordered a size 8. It needed to be 1-2 sizes bigger. Now granted she wears a size 6 or 8 in US sizes.(depending on the brand) the dress was made well for the price, just too small.
Now, we are in the process of returning the item. We sent an email asking to return the item. Had to then send pictures of the dress, including the size tag. Waiting for them to respond on where to actually send the dress. Did get an email that we could keep the dress and they would refund us 10 percent of the dress…so like $10…NO thanks. Waiting on the return label info so we can mail it back. (We got the dress on 9/9/23 and have 14 days to return it..it’s 9/12/23 as I write this). The return is a hassle and way to involved. The dress shipped from a Texas address, yet the return page says we have to deal with a customs charge. So should be interesting to see where it actually goes. We Will NOT be ordering from Homrain again. We buy a lot on Amazon and never have problems with returns. Homrain needs to take lessons from Amazon on returns

Not reliable

I ordered a dress it took a long time to ship beyond what they estimated and then looked nothing like the website. I emailed customer service and still have not got a response on how to return per the instructions on their website

A SCAM

I ordered a dress on August 15, 2023 and paid $26.99 for expedited shipping (3 business days). Today is September 11, 2023 and I still have not received a dress. I’ve emailed several times and the response is your order is processing. At this point I don’t need the dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If there was an option for (-) stars I would have chose that.

Order # WBHRUS10988 If you had 0 stars that's what I would give! We ordered a dress August 7, 2023 with Standard shipping (6 -10 business days). I had to email the company for a tracking number. On 8/28/2023, it had cleared customs and was at JFK for delivery to local courier. Since then all I see is that it is in transit. No one in the company has answered my email requests about a US tracking number.

Plan Early

I gave Homrain 5 stars because, after reading the reviews I panicked and ask for a refund on my order. They refunded my money within two days of requesting a refund. When requesting my refund I explained to them that they need to let customers know (in large print and with the shipping time) when ordering that there is a 7-10 day processing before the item is shipped, which will take another 3-6 days. That way people will know that there will be a wait before their item arrives and they can plan earlier for their event. By sending my refund promptly, let me know they are a reputable company. I probably will order again but make sure I plan ahead because the dress I wanted was really beautiful and would like to see in person .
