I ordered my daughter’s HOCO dress in July. It got lost in transit and didn’t arrive till September. When it finally arrived, it did not fit my daughter. I emailed the company three times to start the return process and they never emailed me back. There is no other way to contact the company besides by email. $150 wasted.

Filling a claim with the better…
Filling a claim with the better business bureau so they can longer operate with in the United States. They do not send your order within the shipping days that they say they will. Do not order from this company. It’s been weeks, homecoming is over I no longer even need the dress. They do not respond to emails or the chat on their website. I’m moving in two weeks so I will no longer even have the same address they have on file for the shipment and they won’t get my new address because they don’t read their emails. The good reviews on here are fake if you read them they all sound the same.

Ordered dresses on August 30th 2023. Paid for the dresses and was charged on my credit card. I have never received any confirmation in regards to the dress besides order number that’s it. You cannot get ahold of anyone from this company. Need dress by October 16th. A this point frustrated because I spent $256 for 2 dresses and as of 9/30/23 still nothing. I have emailed the company 4 times and tried live chat 3 times still nothing. My advice do not order from them!!!!

Awful. AVOID!
Awful. They do NOT meet shipping deadlines. When it did arrive 8 weeks later, they shoved a $200 dress in to a flimsy plastic bag. No protection, no tissue paper, nothing. The feathers and beads were falling off. When I tried to reach them to return, they dont answer. Thank Goodness I used paypal so I can attempt to file a claim. Will never use them again

stay away from this site entirely. Very poor quality. Customer service does not exist. I sent five emails with no response. Shipping times are extremely inaccurate and tracking numbers only return Chinese characters as response. You will need two months to receive dress. I did get the dress but without knowing dress would even arrive on time or at all, I was forced to go hunting on short notice for a replacement. Dress arrived only a couple days before event and thankfully I was able to find a replacement because the quality is so terrible it was unwearable anyway. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

It is my best advice to stay clear away…
It is my best advice to stay clear away from this site. They state “6-10 business days” for shipping - I’m 2 weeks past that timeframe and still no dress. Also, their tracking number they provide, doesn’t offer any helpful information at all. And lastly, there’s no customer support phone number, but don’t worry - the provide a support email address - but sadly they don’t ever respond to any emails you send them. The only way to get your money back - dispute the charge with your bank by providing them the details and supporting documentation of your attempts to contact them - and they will return your money. But I would then recommend getting a new credit card issued for safety purposes. Save yourself this headache!

Size issues and no response from company on return/exchange options
We ordered a dress for our daughter for homecoming. We measured and ordered according to their size chart online. She’s a fairly consistent size 6 but their size chart said 8 so we ordered an 8. We did receive the dress in the promised time but it is so tiny, we can’t even come close to zipping it up. I contacted the company multiple times according to Homeain’s return policies posted online but they have not responded. The dress is pretty and as pictured but I’d think twice before ordering as they really don’t give you a way to return it so now we have $126 dollar dress that we can’t return (they say they will only provide return address after emailing them but they don’t respond to emails). We are contacting our credit card company to dispute it. Their site also says they may cancel the order if you order multiple sizes to try on so ordering multiple sizes wasn’t an option either. If you do decide to order, sizes on their online chart don’t seem to be accurate and returns/exchanges seem fairly impossible so beware!
