Great source for OEM parts with fast, attentive service
As the owner of a 2005 Honda Element, some parts are difficult to find. Yet OEM parts are almost always much better than generic versions. Thankfully, HondaPartsNow has a great stock of Element parts and an easy-to-use website for finding and ordering. And very good prices!

They selling fake parts
They sent me fake parts. the parts had correct part number sticker but would not fit. then I buy same part numbers from local honda dealer, the parts would fit correctly and packing was original Honda packing. Hondapartsnow part packing was clear plastic with a part number sticker but local honda packing was Honda gray packing with printed part number (no red/white sticker). I have submitted pictures of fake and genuine part to them but they don't accept saying packing has been opened. If part number is correct, the expectation is the genuine part will fit and everyone would worry-free open the packing which is what I did. They are now rejecting saying I should have verified part before opening. Part number was verified by local dealer so thats not an issue. $15 doesn’t matter, what matters is that they are selling fake parts and deceiving customers. I am now worried about other parts I got from them.

Your reply is a lie....I verified with local Honda (real) dealer...this part number hasn't changed and they got me genuine part. I asked you 4 times in RMA request about sending fake parts, but you never replied to my question or explained anything. You just kept repeating that my RMA is rejected. Stop scamming your customers!
