Both orders I placed recently arrived quickly and nothing was missing. Packing for one long item was poor, though. It was shipped in a triangular box without enough packing material, and the box was... See more

HondaPartsNow.com has one of the most disrespectful and insulting customer care teams you will ever encounter. They are a group of arrogant, belittling, and narcissistic individuals who can easily provoke you into losing your composure, which is truly disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing from a company that has a poor return policy and a disrespectful customer service team. Nevertheless, I ordered part number 79150-TAA-J41 on 04/09/26 for my wife's 2016 HONDA HRV, as their website claimed it would fit the vehicle perfectly. I spent $54.11 on this item. When the product arrived at my home on 04/13/26, I took it directly to my mechanic that same day. Upon opening the box and comparing the part number, he informed me that the part was incorrect and would not fit the vehicle. I promptly reached out to hondapart.com via email to relay this information on the same day, but received no response. After multiple follow-ups, I was met with the same frustrating runaround. I then called and was informed that they had received my information but that the part number was missing. I clarified that the part number was included in the screenshot I sent, but the back-and-forth continued for weeks with their customer care representatives, leading to no resolution. Eventually, I became frustrated and decided to give up. A week later, I contacted them again by phone and managed to speak with a supervisor. I explained my situation, and she informed me that they would make an exception and sent me the return form. I took the initiative to pay for the return of the part and awaited further instructions.
Once again, I reached out to them on 05/15/26 to share the tracking information and inquire about the status of my refund, as I needed to procure the parts from another source. Unfortunately, I received no updates, so I called on 05/18/26. During that call, I was informed that they had not yet received the parts, which I disputed, as I could see that they had been delivered to the warehouse. After being placed on hold, a representative returned to inform me that they had indeed received the parts and that it would take five days for them to review the item before providing an update. I agreed to this timeline.
As of June 1, 2026, I sent an email inquiring about any updates, but received no response.
On June 15, 2026, I called again and spoke to a young lady who stated that she had not yet received any updates from the warehouse and promised to call me back by the end of the day. However, as has been the case previously, I did not receive a call. Today, on 06/17/26, I called again and was met with a very disrespectful representative. I found myself having to respond rudely, as he refused to listen to anything I said, including the exception made by the supervisor. He bluntly informed me that the part was denied because the box was opened. I explained that my mechanic had to open the box to verify the part and that it had never been installed on the vehicle, as previously discussed with the supervisor. He dismissed my explanation without concern. I finally received an update and expressed my frustration.
I have spent $54.11 on a part that I can use and an additional $17.00 for return shipping, totaling $71.11. Now, I have been informed that the part will be returned to me, but I have no idea when—perhaps as late as 2027, based on my previous experience. This leaves me with a part I cannot utilize and a loss of $71.11. Consequently, I need to seek a more reputable local Honda dealer to avoid further complications and potential scams.
If you wish to engage in disrespectful communication, HondaPartsNow.com is the right place for that. You should review all of my emails and calls to confirm this.

I am extremely disappointed with HondaPartsNow.
I ordered several parts for my Honda Accord. Most of the parts were correct, but one of the most important items was completely wrong.
I ordered part 76842-SE4-A02, but received 74652-SDA-003 instead. These are entirely different parts.
The biggest issue is not the cost of the part itself. I had to wait weeks for international shipping, only to discover that the wrong item was sent. My repair is now delayed again because of a mistake that should never have happened.
When customers order OEM parts using exact Honda part numbers, accuracy is the bare minimum expectation. Sending the wrong part after a long wait is frustrating, wastes time, and creates unnecessary additional costs.
Very disappointing experience.

This company sells defective/imperfect parts and if you don’t discover it fast enough they won’t work with you to replace it. I would avoid buying from this company.

Order Number CH561595102 They sent me the incorrect part. I ordered a Honda Thermostat, part number 19301-RAA-A02. I got a box with that part number on it but the Thermostat inside the box was not that part number. The part clearly doesn't match their image on their site. I am a retired Alaska Airlines mechanic and I know how to ID incorrect parts. I sent them photos of the incorrect part that doesn't match the image of the part on their website like they requested and they will not issue me an RMA to get my $116.94 back they charged my credit card. I sent the photos 3 days after I received the wrong part, well within the 5 day window. So they defrauded me out of my money. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the BBB. I also contacted California Attorneys General office. The parent company is Genuine Parts Now Inc. Don't buy from these clowns. Don't take my word for it. Ask AI "are there a lot of complaints about hondapartsnow.com" ? Good luck getting a resolution when they screw you over. EDIT: I just talked to my local Honda dealership and they say that this part never comes in an unsealed box. It always comes in a sealed clear bubble wrap bag. The guy there has been selling honda parts for 40 years and it is his opinion that hondapartsnow.com sold me a counterfeit part.
EDIT: Two more points. If HPN sends you the incorrect part they require you to take a picture of the box, and specifically the shipping label within 5 days of delivery. There is no reason for this requirement other then "weeding out" and denying probably 30% of the claims. Also HPN took two weeks to "have their parts specialist investigate my photo" only to finally send me an email saying I received the correct part and I can pay to send it back and will be refunded less 20% restocking fee. Not untill I sent them multiple F bomb emails saying they suck and informing them that I had filed bbb, cc dispute and Ca AG complaints did they try to fix their errors. They have good prices but with shipping you're not saving enough to make it worth it to buy anything from these clowns.

I’m from Florida visiting Colorado and my front end started falling apart on the way here. I’ve been ordering replacement parts and making the repairs myself since May 19th so I can get back home. Here it is June 10th and this will be my third order for related parts and they’ve all taken 10 days or so to deliver. The first two orders they held up for additional shipping dollars and that was not for expedited shipping, they don’t offer that. That was for standard slow delivery. AND they still owe me paid for parts from my second order. Website is good, ordering is easy, but shipping and customer service sucks!!

Quick shipping and great product. I used these to replace my toyota windshield sprayers. They are adjustable. Very good dispersion of windshield washer fluid. I did have to reroute my hoses due to the 90 degree connection.
