After one of our young male cats was…

After one of our young male cats was sadly killed by a coyote our 10yr old male has never been the same! People don’t realize that animals mourn, he paces and literally meow yells at us a certain time in the evening to go out which we limit access outside now to daylight for our cats. He is non-stop to where it’s total absolute insanity!! This CBD has helped calm him down, we’ve tried other CBD & hemp brands and he would vomit after a couple of uses. We started with half a dose per instructions now up to a full dose. It’s truly amazing 🤩 we give as needed he is calmer now some days and doesn’t even need it. He deserves peace in his senior years.

Exceptional service and support

The response time was exceptional, and the response was as well. I use the mobility product on my 13 year old rescue who came with bad arthritis in both shoulders. He also has seizures. The CBD oil has noticeably helped with movement, and certainly compliments his seizure medicine. He did not do well with the calming chews, and a refund was immediately issued.

It didn't work, gave him explosive diarrhea

The one for mobility did not help my dog at all and gave him explosive diarrhea. I am so mad when you spend this kind of money on something that says it will help and you get these results. Never agian will I buy from them.

I had went round & round with this…

I had went round & round with this company back in the fall of 2025. I finally inactivated my orders so they would not ship again. Today 1/29/26 I received an e-mail that an order was shipping to my address & what I was charged.. I am so over this crap.

Wasted Time, Money, and False Promises

Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience with both the product and customer service.

I received a defective bottle of CBD oil for my dog and initially reached out to customer service right around the one-year mark of the order. During that first conversation, I was asked multiple questions about the order and was explicitly told a refund would be processed. The back-and-forth lasted almost a month, mostly because of delayed responses on their end, despite my repeated follow-ups, giving the impression the issue was being handled.

After hearing nothing further, I followed up — and only then was I informed that no refund or replacement would be issued because the order was now “over a year old” and their system has “strict limitations.” Had I not followed up myself, I would never have been notified that the promised refund wasn’t happening.

At no point was I proactively told that the refund was denied, despite earlier communication stating otherwise. I also repeatedly asked to escalate the issue and continued to be routed back to the same representative with no resolution.

My advice to anyone ordering: open and inspect every bottle immediately upon receipt, because if a defect is discovered later, customer service will rely on technicalities rather than standing behind their product.

This resulted in wasted time, money, and false promises, and shows that the company does not stand behind its product or its customer service.

shipping issue that was my fault

I had a shipping issue that was my fault. Chrissie helped get my address updated and helped me order another shipment without a problem and took care of it promptly. The company's response time is excellent. I enjoyed their use of AI as an initial point of contact, it worked surprisingly well and my issue was escalated quickly from AI service to Chrissie. Very good experience. Have been ordering from Honest Paws for months and have never had any problems. We believe their CBD oil has increased the quality of life for our 9 year old GSD/Belgian Malinois mix.

Great customer service experience

In my rush to order the mobility oil, I neglected to apply a discount coupon that honest paws sent me— I emailed them and they very graciously agreed to refund the overpayment and honor the discount …that says a lot.

Chrissie is “the best”!

Chrissie helped me in the most professional way. She is knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and has a wonderful personality. Chrissie is exactly what every customer service person should be. She represents “Honest Paws” in the best of ways. She cannot improve because she is already there!
I believe Chrissie should be considered for a pay raise. She doesn’t know that I am making this recommendation. Whoever her supervisor is should receive kudos for managing such a great employee. I will be recommending Honest Paws to all of my friends and others who have special needs pets.

I appreciate that we were able to solve an issue with an order placed. It took a little while to accomplish it but in the end the representative and company did the right thing by crediting my account. My issue was with the short turn around for trying to correct an error. Thank you very much for all the help.

Great product, great customer service

We used this product for traveling with our dog, let him sleep through the trip! When he was diagnosed with an aggressive and untreatable cancer we used it to keep him comfortable. I loaded up on healthy supply as he loved them. Sadly he passed rather quickly and when I notified the company, they were kind to refund the unopened product. How very considerate. The bags will be going to the local shelter today to help with the New Years eve noise. Thank you to the Honest Paws team.

Did not work for our girl

We tried the CBD mobility chews for our 14 year old golden retriever mix who has weakness in her back legs due to arthritis. I gave them to her daily at the dosage recommended and they did not work at all for her. She also did not seem to enjoy eating the dry dog bone shaped “treats”. I have contacted the company several times to try to login to my account and each time they do not send me the password reset. I am trying to cancel my subscription as it is expensive for a product that does not work for us. I contacted the vet to start on an anti inflammatory and she has had much improvement with that instead.

Amazing product!

We purchased the calming CBD oil hoping it would help our dog, Lilly, and the results are more than we ever could have hoped for.
Lilly is a rescue and due to her traumatic past she has PTSD resulting in nightmares and a lot of fears. When we got her as a foster we were prepared for her to pass due to to injuries and the infection. We were preparing to make her as comfortable as possible and have her last days be filled with love and affection but she pulled through. I can happily say shes my first foster failure, we adopted her last year.
Due to her life before we got her she would wake, shaking and terrified from nightmares and all we could do was try and comfort her. Anxiety medicine didnt work, a weighted blanket for dogs didnt work, happy ears didnt work. Nothing worked.
We tried everything anyone suggested and then we found Honest Paws. The first night we gave it to her she only woke three times with nightmares instead of the seven times the night before.
Almost six months later she will maybe have one a week now.
Before Honest Paws she was terrified of the dark, noises, fast movements, and the stairs. Now shes less anxious and can even walk up and down the stairs by herself. She can sleep without lights on and she can go outside after dark.
I cant thank Honest Paws enough, she's living her best life and a part of that healing is from the CBD oil.
She isnt just living, shes thriving now and it's amazing to witness it.
Thank you Honest Paws, you helped make Lilly's life better and nights easier.

While I am very happy with the product itself for my dog, I really wish we had the option to get non-child proof caps just like the pharmacy provides us.
I find the caps on some of the bottles very difficult to get open.
I wish I had an appropriate container to transfer the contents too, but I don’t and wouldn’t have to if we had the option to choose a non-child proof bottle. Please do better for us seniors and others who may have difficulty opening the bottles for whatever reason.

Our older dog was experiencing pain

Our older dog was experiencing pain, and I was looking for something to help his joints. Knowing a little bit about hemp oil, I gave these guys a try.
Are dear Duffy, was worse than I thought. His heart gave out and we had to put him down before it even arrived in a couple days. It’s sat on our counter for about a week. When I finally got around to it and messaged Honest Paws, it was late Saturday afternoon and I received a very nice message about returns instantly from their AI.
Early Monday morning, I received a human response that was way beyond my expectations! They started out talking about the great loss we had with our dog, and they said do not worry about sending back the product. They suggested donating it to a friend who may need it, and they were sending a full refund!
I am very impressed with how they handled this issue. In today’s world, we don’t get a lot of people who really care and their actions show that as a company they really do care!

Nothing honest about Honest Paws

Subscription and credit card security monthly fee was inadvertently added to transaction. Customer service cancelled entire transaction including product order immediately at my request however my credit card was charged on 11/27 and still has not been refunded. My attempts at resolution so far have been unsuccessful. I cannot reach a real person, only AI. This has been a horrible experience.
