I am older, not great with computers and at first had a great deal of difficulty trying to get an order completed and sent in. After several several messages, I was able to get a person to help me with the problems I was having. So it ended up being a very successful transaction.
My little rescue,Dachshund/Chihuahua mix and companion dog, is getting older too, and these were personally recommended by her Vet to keep her comfortable as she ages.

I've previously had good cs. This time? HORRIBLE! I will be buying directly through Amazon or Chewy. They sent the wrong flavored cbd chews that Joe has from a subscription for literally years! When I inquired, they forced ME to prove what I got instead of knowing what they sent. Why am I doing THEIR job?
Absolutely loved the Cbd mobility product that I bought for my 101/2 year old lab . It worked great. Unfortunately we lost him last week. Honest Paws CS was so wonderful about canceling my auto ship and refunded my most recent shipment and said I could donate it.

They sent my order to Kansas and I live in Arizona. They insist that I input the Kansas address, but I did not. My order summary also shows that I used an expired card. Obviously, I did not input an expired card because the card I actually input was charged and I never received my product. They are refusing to refund me.

My Ozzy passed away and I was having difficulty accessing my account to cancel a subscription so I reached out to customer service. I received confirmation of the cancelation within 24 hours along with some very kind words & condolences regarding Ozzy's passing. I really appreciated the personal touch.

Where the mobility oil sadly did not help as we hoped, I have been thankful for finding a great company with exceptional customer service!

The customer service team was very understanding and kind when I explained my situation.
The company forced me to pay for shipping insurance when my credit card already provides this. The customer has to remove the charge, it is pre selected which means this is a scam. The company also uses a third party using your USPS tracking number with DHL. USPS already picks up and takes packages, they don’t need to pay a third party to do what USPS does for free. This adds days to delivery times. It’s been two days since I requested a “100% refund” that they advertise.
Misleading and deceptive sales practices.
I am (was) a new customer to Honest Paws. I purchased "Calm 1000 mg CBD Oil for Dogs" at a retail price of $94.95" At check out I was was upsold "Extra Strength CBD Oil for Dogs" at a retail price of $99.97, reduced to $74.98. I did not realize I was upsold an additional item until I saw the email confirming my purchase.
I looked on Honest Paws' website for info about "Extra Strength CBD Oil for Dogs" to see how it was different from "Calm 1000 mg CBD Oil for Dogs" and I could find NO information about "Extra Strength CBD Oil for Dogs." I contacted Honest Paws by phone but had to leave a message. Through the web chat, I asked for info on the "Extra Strength CBD Oil for Dogs." The representative (Miriam) send me a link to Honest Paws' products web page. I explained that the link provided did not get me to the information on the "Extra Strength CBD Oil for Dogs." The representative (Miriam) apologized and sent me another link. The link was once again to Honest Paws' product page. This was frustrating.
The package arrived on 9/23/25. It contained TWO bottles of "Calm 1000 mg CBD Oil for Dogs." I contacted Honest Paws by phone, and again had to leave a voicemail. I was contacted by Gina by e-mail on 9/23/25 about the issue. She asked me to send a photo of the products I received, which I did on 9/24/25. In response, Gina said "Let me check this with the Team and I will get back toy as soon as possible."
On 9/25/25, I received an e-mail from Gina stating "I checked with the Team and for your reference, we no longer call the "Extra Strength Mobility" (that is not what the product was entitled in my order) as this is the Calm CBD Oil 1000 mg. It is the same packaging only the title has changed. It has the same mg and strength. Rest assured your order is correct."
On 9/26/25, I contacted Honest Paws by phone about the inconsistencies in the web site, my order confirmation, and my communications with Honest Paws. I was told that the upsell item "Extra Strength CBD Oil for Dogs" IS "CBD Calm Oil for Dogs" but it is sold under a different name (i.e. Extra Strength CBD Oil for Dogs) when it is an upsell item. This is at a minimum, confusing as a customer, and arguably even deceptive. In addition, if this practice is merely a method for tracking items sold as upsell, why are the retail prices different? Apparently, that's just the way it is.
The representative I spoke with today kept talking over me, and after a week of back and forth with Honest Paws, I have decided to return my products. I have no confidence in Honest Paws' business practices and I do not feel comfortable giving Honest Paws' products to my dog. I am very disappointed.
Everyone was so courteous and respectful. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and being helped by really great people. No AI nonsense, just talented, thoughtful humans. So refreshing. I WILL be a lifelong customer!
You were more than helpful even though I wanted to cancel Gracie's subscription. I will willingly purchase from you if I find a need.
Outstanding company! I made a purchase and subscription for my dog,my dog passed away a few days after I placed my order,I called to cancel my subscription and they gladly canceled it for me and also gave me a refund on the purchase I made. Not many companies show that compassion
