Bought $150 worth of things from their online store. It shipped to our state, but "didn't have an address" got sent back to California. Somehow lost in warehouse, threw us around their customer service for TWO MONTHS. Never got product or a refund. HORRIBLE

someone slap management open handed to get rid of the silly
This ordeal started in June. Still trying to get a refund for defective products. The hoodie was discoloured by UV light and the hat was crushed and deformed in shipping. Fortunately, my credit card will refund me as they've "ghosted" all emails and voicemails I've left. Garbage management followed by garbage product. Ken Block should return to Rob Dyrdek for some business advice.

If I could leave no stars, I would!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! i purchased a t shirt as a birthday present for my brother on June 5th and as of August, I STILL have not received it, had no response from the company and my many emails and queries, and the tracking has been all over the place!! I am taking the matter further to get my money back.

Don’t expect to receive your order, or any info about it.
Ordered from the website despite the reviews. I ordered a couple of items from the “carcaine” section. Paid the extra for the shipping and all that. Still no shipment, sent multiple emails and all I get (every 4 emails you get an auto response) is generic answers. Spent $400+ and no sign of my stuff. Never again. Trust the reviews when they state it’s shady. Pandemic my ass, if your “customer service” can’t handle responding to emails then maybe there shouldn’t be an option to buy things from you.
