The choices of hearing aid batteries that fit my instruments was more than adequate to make a choice from a wide selection of manufacturers and levels of quality. The online ordering and shipping process appeared to be safe, secure, and timely in comparison with other products one would order online.

Thank you for your reaction on Trustpilot. Regrettably you did not first e-mail us before you reaction on Trustpilot. Now you didn’t give us the possibility to solve your problem.
Basically, 2017 is still ok, and you always have 100% warranty when batteries do not last good.
If the batteries don't last good, you can still exchange your batteries to other ones.
Please inform us if you want that.
