I would not even give 1 star if that was an option! Honestly by far the worse service I have ever received.
I have now been without a functioning dishwasher since June 2023 and over 8 engineer visits scheduled and still no resolution. This has caused me significant inconvenience and has resulted in loss of earnings with multiple days booked off work. Please see below log of all events:
02.06.2023 - engineer attends and within 3 mins of attendance a part is needed which is the leak sensor.
Next Appointment booked for 13.06.2023 - Appointment is cancelled and rebooked for 20.06.2023
20.06.2023 - Leak sensor replaced.
20.07.2023 - NEW FAULT - Phoned for another call out - Dishwasher thermostat not heating up - dishes are cold with water droplets left on them
27.07.2023 - Looks at dishwasher and again 3-5 mins needs thermostat which was not on his van - although this was explained on the phone.
04.08.2023 - appointment made to fit parts - time slot was given and cancelled appointment within 1 hour due to no parts
15.08.2023 - Another visit to fit parts for the engineer to say this has been diagnosed wrong - you actually need two parts: Thermostat and the sensor above which is cracked. He of course did not have this part on board.
25.08.2023 - Appointment to fit both parts - call office as the I was given the time slot 7.55 - 9.55. Called the office to follow up at 10.07 am - lady advised he was driving and will give me a call. At 11.20 am - still not heard from the engineer so called office again and was advised that the appointment has been cancelled due to parts and the engineer had text me - Which is absolute nonsense.
So, Nearly 4 months down the line and 7 engineer bookings made - I still do not have a functioning dishwasher!
This dishwasher was only purchased in November 2022 - brand new appliance and has all these faulty parts!
They refused to replace this appliance although the multiple faults!
It has been used less than 5 times in total
An engineer attended today and was late to replace parts 12.09.2023 and guess what still not heating or cleaning the dishes!
I am so angry and furious - they are not understanding nor apologetic. They simply do not care / even the engineers are not happy who work from them and think it is ridiculous this machine has not be written off!

TTI Floorcare is based in Hong Kong and OWNS Hoover
There is no customer support at all. Chat is non existent, they don't have email and people apparently have long waits to speak with someone. If you go to their About Us page you will see TTI floorcare, based in Hong Kong! acquired Hoover after Whirlpool owned it. It states they have customer service in NC, but I highly doubt it.
I was considering buying one of their windtunnels, which are now hard to find, but looks like I will keep searching for yet another China made vacuum!
ABSOLUTELY USELESS
I have been trying to speak to someone all week to be thrown from pillar to post saying that it's not their department! I only want to know if they have recieved my order and when it will be delivered. I will NEVER use this company again. I would rather lose a sale than have to deal with these people!
Do not buy Hoover power scrub elite on…
I bought a Hoover power scrub elite on eBay in January 2023 and in August 2023 this item would not work ,, I contacted Hoover and explained where it was purchased and what was wrong with it. Hoover told me this carpet cleaner had a two year warranty and instructed me to take it to a service center which I promptly did,, only to be notified by the service center that Hoover denied my repair even though it had the warranty because I did not purchase it at an authorized dealer and therefore they would not stand by their product and honor the warranty! Just another crooked company that does not stand by their product!!,, upon researching this seems to be an issue with this particular product!
Terrible customer service
I got the machine, a cordless two-in-one hardfloor vacuum. Very satisfied with the result. The machine came with a mini bottle of cleaner concentrate and there was a coupon in the package to order more. I made the order and paid through Paypal. Two days later, I receive an email from Paypal telling me that the money would be refunded to my account. I go to the Hoover website which directs me to chat with a representative: no luck with that as I wait forever for a connection. I go to the order status: it lists the order with a value of 0 and says it is not shipped. No other explanation. Their regular phone attendants work only until 3pm EST, so will have to call tomorrow, and God knows how long to wait on the phone.

I returned a defective product, first they wanted me to pay to ship it back, then thay said it takes 4-6 weeks to get a refund....they charge you immediatelly when you buy it but to refund they dont care
Horrific Customer Service
Order 516165. I ordered Model # BH14000V $239.99 but I received the corded model FH14000 which is $100 cheaper.
I paid $100 more for the cordless model. They sent me the corded model instead. Then, Hoover customer service made me mad. Although I told them that the model number on the box was for the corded model (I did not take the item out of the box because then when returned, they could sell it again to someone who wanted that model), they insisted that I provide pictures. So, I took a picture of the outside of the box that showed the name of the product (which didn't include the word "Cordless") and the model number. Then, Hoover customer service upset me. They still did not take my word for it, nor the photo that I took and provided to them. They insisted that I take the item out of the box and take another photo that included the power cord. Sure enough, the product in the box and model number of the corded product had a power cord on it. Then they made me angry! They did provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label for the return, but they did not provide pickup by the carrier. Instead, I have to drive somewhere to drop this thing off. Not acceptable since it was your mistake and you delivered it to my home so you should come pick it up. I had to drive to Walgreens, where I spent over an hour with their staff trying to figure out how they could print the FedEx return label using the QR code provided by FedEx. It turned out that they cannot do this. So I had to drive to another town to the Walmart FedEx office to drop the wrong item that they sent me off. I spent several hours and lots of my time and gas to get this thing out of my possession.
If only Hoover had sent the correct product in the first place or at least scheduled carrier pickup since it was their mistake.

Horrible Horrendous Disgusting company
Horrible horrible company. As far as I’m concerned they aren’t even a company they are a bunch of cowboys out to steal people’s money even to the point of putting peoples lives at risk. On Sunday 11th July 2023 my 11 month old candy washing machine caught fire. From the day I bought it the machine wasn’t working. They sent out an engineer twice and replaced the drum just weeks after having it. I was told on the 2nd visit from the engineer the machine was fine and their wasn’t a problem with it. This was clearly not the case as every time I put it on the thing sounded like an plane taking off. The noise was horrendous and truly terrifying. Several neighbours questioned me about what was wrong with the washing machine as they could clearly hear it wasn’t right from
their homes. I embarrassingly had to explain the company said nothing was wrong with it. Finally on Sunday 11th June I put my two year old son to bed only to walk into the kitchen and see the machine catching fire. I immediately switched the power button off and called 999. The fire service removed the machine from my home and condemned the product telling me not to bring it back inside. Despite this Hoover Candy told me I had to bring the machine back into my home and an engineer would repair it. I refused to bring the product back into my home on the advice given to me by the fire service. Since then I have had several dealings with Hoover Candy who I can honestly say are the worst people for customer service I have ever come across. They are just not willing to help at all and basically made out im at fault as I refused a repair and purchased a new washing machine instead. Firstly I should not need to have an item that was practically brand new repaired and secondly I was too afraid to have that appliance back inside my house. I have a toddler and I value his life more than this piece of crap Candy washing machine. If I hadn’t walked into the kitchen when I did it would have been a disaster. I could have lost my home and everything in it or worse we could have lost our lives and hoover Candy would still have said their was nothing wrong and it could have been repaired lol. It’s an actual joke. The company just do not care. I have video footage of it on fire and I’m going to share it on social media along with hoover candy’s reply to my problem and see who’s laughing then. I’m making it my mission now to expose this company for what they truly are.
Hoover Candy have refused to refund me or compensate me for the clothes that are stuck inside the machine. I actually don’t care about the refund now but I’m definitely making it my mission to expose them. I will contact everyone I can including bbc watchdog to make people aware of the dangers these products possess and how theres no help from the company when things go wrong. The best of it is it was the bbc children in need fund that bought this machine for me as I’m a single parent who was financially struggling at the time. It’s not about the refund as the money belong to the bbc but I feel it’s my duty to make people aware of how this company steal money and leave you with dangerous items and take absolutely no responsibility whatsoever.
I promise Hoover Candy aren’t getting away with this one and I will do everything in my power to bring this to light.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear about the problem that you're having. Unfortunately, the warranty has been voided due to the use of a non Hoover solution, it was a Bissel solution.
Bissell states it's safe for use in full-sized machines, which means pretty much anything upright, from a Bissell (one would hope) to a Hoover, Dirt Devil, Rug Doctor, or any other device that looks like a stereotypical upright cleaner will work with the formula.

Used to love hoover
First I buy a carpet cleaner and after a handful of uses it stops sucking water. They did replace but happened again. 5 yrs ago I bought a portable apholstry cleaner for my car. Gets used twice a year so 9-10× used. Used about 2 minutes today and 100% died. The quality of hoover has gone way way down
Do not buy from Hoover. Bad product, no customer service
This company sends faulty products and is devoid of any meaningful customer service. My pet steamer product worked once. Then it stopped working. They say to chat with a rep online from 8-8. However it is a chat bot— if you actually get a response at all. It hung and hung for 20 minutes. When you send email, or more than one, you get no response whatsoever to any of them. I believe it is purposeful. A delay tactic so you miss your 30 day return deadline. Finally I was able to call and get in line for a call back. But the rep absolutely lied right out to me. Once she heard me say I’m within my 30 days so I can just return it- suddenly she had a solution and claimed she was going to send me a replacement, all I had to do was send a video- and she was going to email me trouble shooting notes from her direct email which was procedure but to reply to it with a video and she’d send it right out when she got back into work that Monday. . Instead I got an email from the generic customer service email address with just pictures of trouble shooting. I replied to that with the video and guess what. No response. I got the steamer system back to the post office on the 30th day but I have zero confidence I will get my money back. Whoever is running this company is a fraudster. I think they sell 4th rate cheaply made products at low cost and count on consumers not to be able to do anything about it. They also do not stand by their products, they make you pay for return shipping- again just hoping you won’t bother. I plan to go next to the attorney general’s office in my state to lodge a formal complaint. The flat out lie from a “customer service rep” allegedly named Angel, just absolutely astounds me.

Purchased a Hoover Windtunnel 2 vacuum in December 2019 on Amazon. Two months after the warranty expired and after light use, it stopped working. Troubleshooting using the owner's manual indicated that an internal “thermal protector”, which apparently blocks restarting until the unit is cool, was activated. After waiting the requested 30 min. for the vacuum to cool, it would still not start. After cooling for several days, same result. An email to Hoover customer support using the hoover.com web portal was not answered a month later. Four emails to Hoover customer support went through but were never answered, confirming scathing reviews at hoover.pissedconsumer.com, other online comments at complaintsboard.com (92 of 104 Hoover complaints unresolved), and at trustpilot. After several unsuccessful attempts to call customer support, finally got the chat system to work. After being told that no agents were available, called again and entered a queue; after almost an hour of waiting and finally talking to an agent, was told they would not send instructions on how to fix the thermal protector, requested (as I told them) since the nearest service center is over 200 miles away. Dismal and almost unreachable customer service, and a poorly designed, unreliable product.

So naturally when I wanted my first stick vacuum and steam mop I went to Godfrey’s and spent around $800 for the two items, what a waste of money 🤬
Both are now 18mnths old and both have literally fallen apart.
These products are absolute rubbish and very expensive rubbish at that.
I brought a stick vac from Kmart for $49.00 which we have used while travelling around Australia for the last year, it’s copped a lot of use , especially with all the red dirt and sand and it’s still going strong.
Seriously don’t waste your hard earned money on a Hoover appliance!
