I Joined hopa 2 weeks ago and deposited £100 I play on Big Bass and won £878 and I withdrawn the money , take 24h to receive money in my account . Couple days after deposited 200 but not luck, day after (Friday) deposited £120 and stake again on Big Bass splash stake 6£ spin and won 30k. I make withdrawal 3 x 10k because limit on one transaction is 10k.On fallowing Monday no money in account so talk to customer services, they tell me what I need to wait up to 4 working days. Next day Tuesday money was in my account. 100% recommended good helpful customer services Great casino!!! Make my life more easy now don’t understand why such bad reviews?not a scam casino

Joined this site yesterday and it was obvious it was a scam.... Hardly any wins and played for 4hrs so I decided to cash out what I had left.. Now I can't get back into my account with my login details despite doing a password reset.. Now it says access denied.... Rip off merchants don't touch with a bargepole people.... Shocking..

Withdrawal:
7days still in pending (yes pending means it hasn't been processed yet to release funds). -website says 48hrs for this.
Received no email even after several attempts to talk to customer services regarding this issue (genetic responses saying I will receive an email shortly).
All documents sent well over a week ago now and still no verification (several documentation accepted by any other site originally after sign up it stated I'd been verified).
Owed in the hundreds. -Visa deposits says max 6days for withdrawal and it's been over a week in pending.

Will take to gambling comission or similar if no response in the next 24hrs after one last attempt at talking with customer services so to be continued. -Will update this review if needed.

Guys don't play at this casino. The gonna ripp u off. Never seen something like this. And they f.....g changing the screens. I got the proof to. I took screenshot at the win it was close to 1000 but then after a ,,technical error,, they said the screen and the winning went to 254£ f.....g scammers. Took a day of chasing for them to actually settle my bets, and from the sound of it I got lucky that they did at all, terrible website. Avoid.
