Joined and played casino and had 1 win out of about 30 spins on a slot game. Then placed a bet of £10 to qualify for the £20 free bets to be then told after I queried why I hadn't received them to be told because I deposited via Payal I hadn't qualified as had to deposit via debit card to qualify. Absolute con betting site and swiftly deleted my account. Avoid

Avoid avoid avoid they scam your money and don't remove your details after repeatedly asking them too. They send repeatedly texts as tho mocking you.

Won a bit of money, waited the 48 hours pending ( which in itself is ridiculous in 2021) but withdrawal was still pending. They then asked for documents which is fair enough, but why wait the 48 hours to tell me? I then had to wait another 6 days until the withdrawal came off pending.

Website is generally slow and prices are worse than most other bookmakers. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I have read some reviews and I was worry too. But after communicating with the hopa customer service live chat really helpful and upload all my docs and receive winning the following day. About the fees they charge for deposit lol I am big fan but all business have to make money some how. It is what is :)

Placed a few sports bets and was in luck, got from £20 to £200 fairly quickly, last bet won to bring my total £200 and surprise surprise it’s been sitting there not settled now for over 24 hours, customer service told me originally 1 hour, the 2/3 hours then 4 hours, then ‘very soon’ then 48 hours before finally 48 working hours, what sort of scam is this?? Customer service pointless, can help and are rude, how hard is it to settle a bet that’s clearly won, I have no doubt that when the 48 hours comes by, that it will turn into 72 and the 96 etc. Don’t waste your time, stick to someone like livescorebet.

So far I lost 1800 pounds, bonuses are rarely happening, and if you get any the wins are incredibly bad. When you play with them you do not enjoy it, because mostly you lose, they even don't give you chance to play longer.

Steer well clear of this site, they actually charge you a fee to deposit with them, so not only do they make huge profits from your loses they also make even more off you wirh their ridiculous fees, no other site does this, I played through £500 of deposits on £2 spins without a single bonus, something doesn't add up with these go with one of the more reputable slots sites.

Very disappointed with this casino. Initially looked a very good professional outfit until you start playing for real money. Ok tell me this right many times ive been scammed by this company and like all other casinos they say the games are ran by number generated machines and that the casino owners workers etc don't know who will win or loose I questioned them about this and they say they buy these games in bulk from whoever whilst not knowing what they are buying ie as they say they don't know who will win or loose or when we'll what a bunch of crap what person in their right mind would spend that much money or indeed any money on a product they know nothing about and not knowing if they themselves will loose money and potentialy go bankrupt the answer is nobody would hence your liars

i couldn’t quite believe what i was witnessing with this website. i played Crazy Time, started off with £80 and played two spins, noticed they hadn’t added my winnings to my balance as i tried to put on another bet and insufficient funds came up and my balance dropped despite. not putting on a spin. i had a look into my games. history and it says that i had. lost all spins that i had. put on, if they are doing this to someone who noticed can you imagine how many other people they are doing it to? Scam

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE ,
I recently had £105 pending on withdrawal.
Only 4 weeks later to be asked with the most bizarre questions an demands.
Needed an asking me write letters saying I give me self permission to use my own card that is expired , all kinds of photos after I have all ready verify my account with the appropriate I.D. An to this day I have not received my winning funds

suspicious casino, 5 days ago I sent the documents for verification and today I got a response that they will check the documents only when I order a payment, knowing the practices of some casinos, probably Hopa.com after ordering a withdrawal, they would close my account without any information. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

So.. firstly Hopa is part of a group of companies, who's parent also own Mr Q and Betfred, so they are a reasonably solid and trustworthy company. However...

They charge 2.5% for deposits, which in the days of credit cards was covering costs, now it's hard to justify as a debit card transaction has a cost of about 10p irrespective of value.

For those that lose, never get a feature or get the feature and don't win anything from it, that's not uncommon on any site, it's the luck of gambling. But when you do win.....

They don't process withdrawals for two Working days after requesting, this will also be delayed if you have not provided ID or copy of your debit card, then another couple of days for it to process through your debit card provider (this can be anything from 1 to 5 days) so win on a Friday and you can expect your money some point the following weekend, which is absolutely shocking, when sites like Skybet can get it back to you in less than 5 minutes after withdrawal if you have a Visa debit. So all in all, the games are just the same as anywhere else, but the service fee and withdrawal process makes it a site to be avoided.

If anybody from Hopa wants to challenge this review, I'm happy to take contact, and feedback a fair assessment of the conversation and add it to this review.

Not a bad casino in my own experience, I don't know why there is so much hate here. Got all my favorite slots there. Also, I got wins and withdrew them with no problems.
