Kim was honestly amazing !! We originally viewed a completely different house but Kim just knew it wasn’t for us, but assisted in finding us our perfect first home. She was so helpful couldn’t have asked for anything more. Kim made the reservation processes really smooth and wasn’t pushy at all, she really cared about how we were feeling. She is also extremely knowledgeable and made sure we knew everything.

Celia has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She has made us feel so comfortable and calm - she constantly kept us up to date with matters and always went above and beyond to make sure everything went through smoothly, quickly and stress free. We couldn’t have done it with her tremendous help. Thank you so much for everything!

I and my wife met with Lacie Hay the sales lady at the Thetford branch in mid January 2025 and we were in our dream home by end of March 2025.

Mandy was welcoming, friendly and professional, making the buying process a smooth and enjoyable experience. We are thrilled with the quality of the build and the location (Alconbury Weald). Cam the Assistant Site Manager was also very helpful in the final build stages following up on any small snags and queries we had with a fast turnaround.

Visited Hopkins Homes today and Lacie had put on an Easter Egg for the children. Service was amazing! Can’t recommend enough.

Jenna is incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. She is knowledgeable about the development and has helped make the transaction feel smoother.

We have recently bought a Hopkins home in Woolpit and the service we have received from start to finish has been above and beyond. Jason has been on hand every step of the way, answering queries, keeping us up to date with progress and sharing our excitement! We couldn’t have wished for a smoother process.

On the whole the move to Chediston Place has been a good experience and I live my new house. Everyone has been helpful and friendly, Beth especially and nothing is to much trouble. The few 'snags' I found were dealt with before I had chance to report them. Unfortunately couldn't give top marks as there is an IT issue that I am still trying to sort out.

Jason has been really helpful throughout the whole buying process.
He kept us updated on the whole build process of our new Hopkins home at the Elms.
Nothing was too much trouble and he definitely made the process less stressful for us.
