Pathetic service
Did not get my item nor refund
Won't buy again from hopscotch

Brought dress for rs 1400 ,which in the catalogue image looking worth the money but when I received the product it was not as shown in image.. Dull color, no multilayer flairs, if we purchase it from local market we could get it under 400 rs...and highest disappointed was their made in China label.. Now any one can guess it that they are importing cheap products from China.. And selling it on higher price in India..just money making business . Will not shop again from hopscotch.

Worst online platform for kids, don't trust them, the product I bought was for 3 yrs and they packed a plain cotton dress which I paid 800 rupees. My elder daughter's dress even worse, Ryon material, waste of money, they CHEAT......

Worst customer service ever!!! I had put in a request to return 2 pairs of shoes which were separate orders. When the courier guy came for pickup, I clearly asked him if pickup was for 1 order or both and he said “both”. After a few days, I received the refund only for 1 order and not the second so I contacted them via email. A customer service agent called me and told me that I shouldn’t have handed over both parcels because the pickup was only for 1 order. On telling him that I had crosschecked with the pickup guy before giving him the parcel, he started arguing with me that I should’ve checked his details! They never refunded my money because they couldn’t track the parcel. In fact they even told me that if I want the refund, I should contact the courier company and investigate myself!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen! They shouldn’t be allowed to run business and should be shut down!!!

Delivery service is very poor.
Don't order anything based on expected delivery date shown, minimum give additional week buffer time for delivery.

Very bad experience with hopscotch... Quality is very bad and rate is quite high and now I am trying to return the item,but they are not picking the item. It's really horrible situation.

To expensive and not so good clothes worse site atleast look at the prices man. Seriously is you want your business to go up just reduce the price .

very poor quality dress delivered. after returning it they are not reddy to return my money. My credits I am trying to transfer to my bank account since one month they are not bothered to do . help line number they provide is useless.

Don’t ever order from Hopscotch. I placed an order on 17 Jan which has a delivery date of 01 Feb. On 02 Feb without prior information they cancelled my order. I waited for 2 weeks which is a total waste of time. In between I called them several times to make sure they can deliver it on time but ended with the poor service from Hopscotch.

We had ordered dress for my son for Christmas around last week of November. Order was supposed to be delivered by 20 Dec, but we did not receive the order even after Christmas. Never ordering again from this site

Do not purchase products from Hopscotch.in if you expect to gift a fully functioning products to your 8 year old. Ordered LED shoes, then returned as LED was not functional in one of the shoe. Missed her birthday. Re-ordered, and this time LED wasn't working in both shoes!

Bad experience. Item was delivered after 1 week of expected delivery date. Mean while the occassion was also completed for which the item was ordered. Raising complaint does not make any resolution at all. It is up to the customer whether you want to keep in waiting for the item ond chasing the customer care.

Very very bad experience... product was not that stylish as it is in the image...looks so dull in real...low quality material...and also there were long colour pencil line marks all over the dress which i think was used for stitching the buttons for the shirt.. very disappointed with the product.so i request for a return...but they told me to courier it back myself...so i did the same and waiting for the amount to get refunded...

This website has Kids wear collections , Pretty much everything for kids . When I was googling I saw few adds ,but this one caught my attention.I saw many cloths for babies which were so stylish and stunning and I bought some cloths for my son . When I received my order I was so excited to see them . But when I saw the cloths all my excitement died ,they were so bad . They were nothing like in the picture . For eg . There was a dress which had a quote saying daddy’s baby, guess what was written on actual dress it’s dabby’s baby. I was so disappointed. Without having second thoughts I just submitted a request to return all of them . It’s been a week already they still haven’t come to pick up . When I try to contact they say pick has been delayed and they ll get back to me . But yet there is no response. Now all my money gone and I can’t even use those dress which are so bad . Dress gone ,money gone . Worst experience I had
