Please do not use this cowboy company. They have simply rebranded Travel with Matthew or shall I say Don’t Travel with Matthew!! They are a rip off owing lots of customers money for trips that never happened. Luckily I paid with a credit card and got my money back from the bank. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned!

Absolutely rip off company that never pay back for holidays they never book. Don't touch this company it's croaked and has conned young old and upset the Muslim community too. Very stupid mistake. Scum Absolutely scum

DONT USE THIS COMPANY, They have taken over for a business in Merthyr TRAVEL WITH MATTHEW / DAVID CHARLES TRAVEL this business ripped thousands of pounds off people and not paid anything back also owes thousands to hotels etc. DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. No matter what Horizon say they have rebrand their name from the Travel with matthew. If you Google Travel With Matthew he's been on x-ray wales online etc.

Do not let this company rip you off. Travel with Matthew have now resorted to Horizon Coach Holidays as they want to run away from all their problems. Companies Houses have the director as Paula Williams who is TWM accounts lady. Shame on you for putting one of your employees as a director when you need to sort your own issues out. Owes thousands of pounds to hotels, coach companies and customers, CCJ galore. Got to big, to fast and the MD is ignorant and rude. No people skills what so ever.

This is Travel with Matthews resurrected, owe thousands of customers and hotels money, no one should deal with them and we are progressing a possible fraud action with the police for £3k following a faked up remittance.

Travel with Matthew in disguise. Owes thousands of pounds to customers, so have now changed names and put a member of staffs name as director of horizon. Exactly the same people in charge with awful customer service and absolutely no morals. please don’t book, you will get your holiday cancelled and no refund.

This company was Travel with Matthew, they are scammers who owe thousands of pounds to customers and businesses, be warned, book with a long established trustworthy company not these thieves!

Unfortunately this is another Travel with Matthew company under a rebranded name, which has ripped off thousands of customers. They keep changing their launch date and tours are misinformed and not accurate. The company also delete any negative comments off their social media and block users.
