Must be the most odd experience!!

Must be the most odd experience!!
We went to Hornbach Bertrange to find a spare hose for our Kärsher K7 pressure washer. We talked to some nice guys that informed us they didn’t have the specific part we needed. On our way out we see a big box with broken Kärsher washers who had intact hoses.
We saw a lady working there and asked her if we could buy this part, as it was the exact same part we needed. She was instantly rude and totally not service minded informing us in french that Hornbach buys back broken machines and do not sell. We walked back to the 2 nice guys at the highpressure department, but while we were walking the lady grabbed a cutter and destroyed all the hoses with it, making them useless.
Thats an absolute waste of resources and for what reason?
This happened today, Saturday the 11/4 at apx 13:00.

Poor Service, Broken Promises, and Zero Accountability

I placed an order with Hornbach (Order #67361194) for a custom kitchen countertop on the May 17 that was promised to be delivered within 4–6 weeks. They later confirmed a specific delivery date of July 9. That date came and went with no delivery, no communication, and no apology.

I tried calling, emailing, and even went to the store, and still received vague responses. When I finally got someone to speak to me in person (Mr. Hanza), I was told I would receive a refund. However, I’ve had to follow up multiple times to get any confirmation, and I’m still waiting.

To make matters worse, I had already installed one part of the countertop, expecting the rest to arrive as promised. Because the second part never came, I now have to pay to remove and replace everything, which means more time, money, and stress.

What’s worse is that Hornbach now says they need the product back before issuing a refund, even though it’s already installed.

This experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. Broken timelines, poor communication, zero ownership of the problem. I can no longer recommend Hornbach to anyone.
