Few problems here:
1) it is not possible to receive the product i ordered? Because you still provide it on your webpage in that sige and all. I dont get it? i am actually able to purchase a new order of the product so why is my order cancelled if you have the product available?
2) i already paid for my product at the 1st of september when you withdrew 1399kr from my account, which is in fact illegal to do before you ship my product!
3) the best customer experience would be if you shipped the product to me right away with the offered discount. From my perspective i really need those gloves due to a mediecal condition. Do you really expect me to place a new order for something i already paid for?! That would mean I would have roughly 3000 kr out flying with no certainty that i will receive my product nor my money! From your e-mail it is clear that my order is cancelled, and you provide me with a 15% discount which can only be used in combination with a new purchase. This is not going to happen before I receive the money you already illegally took from me, when will this happen?? !!!!!!!!!!!! Again I have unsuccessful in getting through to your customer service on phone... Argh!!!!

Jeg undskylder mange gange at du havde en dårlig oplevelse ved at handle hos os!
Da kundeservice var lagt ned pga en stor systemændring, havde vi store problemer med at svare alle hurtigt og indenfor normal tidsramme.
Systemændringen forårsagede nogle store tekniske problemer og gjorde at der var forsinkelser over hele linien.
Det er der heldigvis styr på nu.
Vi undskylder ulejligheden mange gange og ønsker dig en dejlig dag.
