First a cold call from them after my unsuccessful attempts to book a holiday, telling me there was a problem with their systems and offered to take payment over phone, which I declined. (Possible scam??)
She was very professional and understood my reasoning.
I called on the main line later that day and explained previous encounter. She confirmed circumstances and took my booking on phone. All exceptional service followed up with confirmation emails.

DO NOT stay at Hoseasons Benson site…
I booked 7 nights as a first anniversary surprise for my Wife, to stay at the Hoseasons Benson site because it is sold as a quiet adult only site and I quote “A haven of peace and tranquility” Advertised as lodges on the Thames river we were given a caravan about one hundred metres from the river and about 30 metres from the very busy A4074. When we asked about the location we were told that you need to book one closer to the river and they were now full. (there is no mention of this when you book) After a very noisy first night we complained about the road noise and were told we could not be moved and to close all windows and air vents (on one of the hottest weeks)
The road noise progressively got worse over the weekend with motorbikes and lorries thundering by. We could not enjoy the hot tub and spent most of our day away from the noise caravan. Our week was ruined and after several emails all Hoeseasons would offer us was a £50 voucher.
DO NOT! stay here if you really want “a haven of peace and tranquility” it’s false advertising.

Rang hoseseasons to book a holiday break I had checked another site and they came 50 pounds cheaper for same holiday so hoseseasons matched it without a problem, I prefer to stay with the company that I have used on a few other occasions because they have a good reputation, the lady we spoke to was very helpful and sorted our break out in minutes, good helpful staff

Great service. Everything was handled well. All the instructions were manageable to follow. Overall we had a great holiday and we probably wouldn’t find the spot that we had without the hoseasons.

What I liked:
The location was very nice, and the beach was beautiful and convenient. The indoor swimming pool was also a good facility, especially for the children. The surrounding area was enjoyable and there were some good things for the family to do.
What I disliked:
Unfortunately, the caravan itself was very disappointing and did not match the standard I expected for the price I paid. The area surrounding the caravan was not well maintained, and inside the caravan the floor and carpets were dirty. The sofa was also dirty and generally the caravan did not feel properly cleaned or maintained.
For 7 people staying for 3 nights, we were provided with only 2 rolls of toilet paper, which was completely inadequate. There were also no towels provided, which was unexpected for the amount we paid.
Overall, this was supposed to be a 5-star holiday experience, especially considering the price, but unfortunately the accommodation was far below the standard I expected. The location, beach and swimming pool were good, but the condition and cleanliness of the caravan seriously affected our holiday.
I would not consider the accommodation good value for money and would expect much better cleanliness, maintenance and basic provisions for the price paid.

It's good but there are no towels and TV is very old there are no YouTube facilities in TV and no washing machine in property.
But location is very good and overall good experience.
