They cancelled my holiday three days…
They cancelled my holiday three days before I was due to go with two young children stating that the accommodation was no longer available. No alternatives or compensation available and refunds take 5 days....two days after my annual leave starts. Very unprofessional and poor communication. No full explanation offered as to why the accommodation was no longer available and full blame given to the park themselves although the accommodation still available to book for later dates. Very poor service. I would avoid in future.
