We have booked numerous holidays with hoseasons, they are so easy to deal with, booking process so easy, plenty of holidays to choose from, the ones we picked in the past were really great to stay in can't fault them.

Booked on line very easy and efficient system, all sorted in five minutes

Receptionist was extremely helpful, she spoke to me in a quiet tone suggesting other options, also had a good sense of humour.

Do not use hoseasons
I used them to book a holiday at 7 lakes lincolnshire and when I got there booked in. Went to my caravan and it was nothing like I booked at all so went to reception in caravan site they said not again hoseasons have used there platinum pictures of caravan to sale a gold caravan so the caravan site cause I booked with hoseasons they need to sort it out. So rang them and spoke to a lady that was useless said to email the complaint team they will get back to you before the end of the day so did that and they havent even got back to me and my hoilday is over and im home still havent heard nothing.

The person on the telephone was really happy to help, and everything was quick and easy.

i tryed to book my holiday and it kept being declined so I gave up then I had a phone call from the bookings department and they helped me sort it out so now everything is booked

Just a quick telephone call and our holiday break is booked the gentleman on the phone was very informative and lovely he had us all sorted in a few minutes thank you very much

The booking procedure was so easy and pleasant and had a lovely personal touch. It will be my 80th birthday, and with mobility issues I was offered so much detail about each lodge that I was easily able to trust that we have made the right choice. It will be the sixth time that we have been to Bulworthy Forest Lodges, so we know it well and what it has to offer: cosy, comfortable, well equipped, seclusion, peace, the ideal location for visits around the area. Perfection!

I've never had any problems booking my holiday's with Hose asons, the whole booking process is as easy as ABC.
Why bother going anywhere else when you're already dealing with the best in the business???

We just got back from a great stay at new beach. We were let down at last minute by someone else so had to book something quick, we were not expecting much but I feel this turnt out better than what we originally would of had. Great staff. Lots of entertainment

Always book with Hoseasons, great holidays, great locations and easy to pay. Booking process is very simple and easy to use.

Beautiful lodge that we stayed in overlooking the moors. Communication was great with lodge owner.
Shame there was no wifi but did also lack privacy sometimes

Misleading images and guidance doesn't align.
Rude customer service on live chat advising we could have just googled prior to booking.

When speaking to live chat they describe 5miles as nearby not 5 min walk. The walk has taken us 40mins with 2 children yesterday this was not expected especially as one image shows a beach by the caravans however this isnt accessible
