Very very disappointing.
Unfortunately the accommodation is not to a good standard. I don’t think it has been vetted correctly by hoseasons. There is black mould in the wood work in the bed room, the toilet seat was unclean, and the curtains and one of the blinds is broken. I have raised a complaint but not heard anything back despite being told it would be actioned within 24 hours. Park Dean have done what they can and have been brilliant but as i booked through Hoseasons they can only do so much. I will not be recommending Hoseasons.

Too many caravans squeezed into holiday park run by Parkdean
Heacham South Beach Holiday Park ( booked through Hoseasons but actually run by Parkdean Holidays ) has all that you need to enjoy a budget friendly family holiday and is very near the beach.
However I felt the site had tired and shabby grounds. There were too many caravans squeezed into the grounds leading to us having zero privacy whatsoever. The neighbouring caravans would sit under our kitchen, living room area and bedroom windows all day and into the night. We were boxed in and surrounded by 3 other caravans with cars parked outside our windows all sides.
If there were less caravans and nicely kept grounds it would be a lot better.

A perfect holiday venue
The lodge was beautifully situated with wonderful views and pristine condition upon arrival. Our lodge was well appointed - all three of our bedrooms were en-suite so perfect for a family holiday. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Impressed that the hot tub was emptied and new filters fitted between stays and checked for chemical levels etc. daily. The grandchildren loved it with the well-tended play areas and a few minutes drive from the most perfect shore at Silecroft. this was our second visit and have already booked again for next year. Excellent place.

Despite my booking being last minute due to being let down by previous (non Hoseasons booking) i was able to find a really good place to stay, at a reasonable price in Wales (Gilfach holiday village)

We do love it here and I return every…
We do love it here and I return every year for a girls reunion in november .. we came for sons 30th.. 10 of us in August. Whilst the lodges look good and 2 of the 3 lodges seemed great, we did notice that ours was less impressive than previously.. hot tub lid that didnt work unless propped up, permanent ants on the counter (we appreciate this in not in the control of the team and there was advice that this was out of control), grubby walls and a musty smell on arrival. This was probably luck of the draw. It hasn't put us off as we love the site and the staff are friendly. Its a great base with lots available..probably just luck of the draw as almost all the other lodges ive been in have been fab.

We were in Silver 1 . Spotless & all the basics you need ( no towels / shower gel / wash liquid )
WiFi bit hit and miss .
Bought own camping chairs to sit outside as no outside furniture & needed long lead for dog as no enclosed space .
Would return . Quiet . Pub at entrance lovely .
