Heplful and Responsive

Host100 have provided us and many of our clients with hosting solutions for 10 or more years, and we have always found them very responsive and helpful.

It is so refreshing to talk to an engineer rather than someone reading from a script or worse having to sort problems via email or online chat.

Thank you for your kind words. I was curious so I checked back on our records for when you first became a client and it was 5th February 2001! We have come a long way since then but one thing that has remained is our commitment to our clients and providing the best service and support we can.

As you know we have always provided online chat and email support but we really enjoy interacting with our clients on the telephone unlike many other hosting companies who don't provide any level of telephone support.
