The way this software operates is rather..... Painful. You cannot reconcile anything correctly, the reporting is sub standard. In the end we had to build out our own billing and automation platform using Python and migrated away from hostbill.
Fast and helpful support, even credited the used support ticket when a module wasnt working as expected. Replied within 5 minutes on the ticket! Great experience after a few months of using Hostbill
Bad support I have ever seen they will not reply your ticket if you face any problem. If you don't want to lose your money so avoid them.
Their support is very helpful although it can be an expensive option compared to other solutions like WHMCS if you don't need all the modules, if you need many modules like registrar then this is the solution for you! No more 3rd party modules, and direct support from them. Ticket costs do add up so I would recommend to choose a higher tier plan.
For my business it's definitely worth it, and the best solution out there!
