"Previously, I was with a different provider and every time I had anything vaguely non-standard they couldn't help and weren't interested when I discovered issues with their system. I've been with Hosting UK now for a great many years and the complete opposite is true of HostingUK. Their systems have worked with everything I've thrown at them and on the rare occasion I need help they solve the issue straight away."

Awful hosting!!

When our websites were hosted on simple servers, the hosting was exceptional. It was extremely reliable.

Since they were acquired by Hosting UK (owned by easyspace) we have experienced numerous issues. As a web developer we have multiple accounts on their Iridonia3 and Prometheus servers and also host our own servers elsewhere.

For several months we have been experiencing significant outages on their main Iridonia3 server.

I have been dealing with technical support and customer care but the experience has been unsatisfactory. We have had a ticket opened which was escalated because we can see other customers on the server and they can see us. Additionally, all the resources on the server are being depleted and our website is running very slowly or is offline.

We spent two days troubleshooting the issue ourselves and provided a comprehensive forensic analysis and the necessary steps to resolve it.

Our technical support ticket was escalated to senior engineers after we reported it 32 hours ago but it has yet to be addressed.

We are paying a substantial amount for hosting and additional resource upgrades, yet it appears that the company is not delivering on its promises. It is unfortunate that there is no independent body to monitor such practices.

Helpful customer service

Great team. As someone who knows very little about technology; to get set up with website design and hosting through Hosting UK was not an easy task for me, but after numerous customer service chats, I got there in the end. 4 stars as it took a while and I had to speak to numerous people online to get the support needed, but everyone was always pleasant and quick to reply.
It is all sorted now and I'm happy with the result

Hosting UK products seem to be robust and reliable

Hosting UK have hosted my personal e-mail for over 10 years now and I've rarely had a problem with it unlike the numerous other large providers I used before. Everything seems to just work and their support text chat is pretty good too. What is not to like?

Consistently Helpful and Professional Support

We’ve been working with Hosting UK for a number of years across multiple client projects, and overall the support has been solid.

Most recently, Sean helped us resolve a Microsoft 365 Global Admin and MFA access issue. He responded quickly, provided clear instructions, and ensured we regained full tenant-level control without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Email and hosting setups can get complicated, especially when dealing with Azure AD, MFA and tenant permissions, but Sean handled it calmly and professionally.

Support like that makes a real difference when you’re managing multiple live websites and email systems.

A smooth migration from another provider

Moved a hosting/website from another provider and took advantage of Hosting UK's free migration service which went very smoothly. Some easily understood instructions on what I had to do at my end once they had moved things, all done and dusted quickly with hardly any site downtime. Good price too.
