They always fix things! The service technician was very knowledgeable of the problem and took care of everything in 10 minutes. I also did not have to wait on hold for 3 hours to get a person on the phone.

5 stars for the person I talked to but less happy about price and tech

My website needed to be renewed within 24h but the cost was going to double. Since the website has become partially disabled following hacking some time ago, which HostMonster techs told me they could not help with, I was not sure what to do but I wanted to make sure the site would not be deleted immediately if not renewed. Jennifer at Customer Service told me the site would remain accessible for a month. I understand these are the rules, not a personal favor, but she was very helpful, thank you! I am sorry that other sides of HostMonster web hosting are not as good.

Hostmonster earns TEN for customer service, and TWO for the service they're providing

I'm only giving Hostmonster four stars (instead of 2) because their phone support is PHENOMENAL. Every encounter with one of their tech support people is helpful and usually effective. I was helped today by Irish D. who solved my problem immediately. I stick with this company because of the ability to pick up the phone and speak with a human who can fix the problem right there on the phone and is always friendly and polite. Now, please keep your tech updated and scan your servers for spammers better so that I don't have to call so often. Make your legacy email system work, please! A lot of us prefer it to Gsuite...when it works. This would be the best company to work with, hands down, if their technical offering matched the people working there.

Never use any Hostmonster's services

Never use any Hostmonster's services, you have better choices. they will give you a great price for the first year when you created an account and they will give you a double price when you try to renew. the hired India teams do the support work and they can not do much for you.
they need 24- 48 hours to reply to a case,
which means your websites will be offline for over 24 or 48 hours, they do not care. if you will care about your customer's experience, then do not use any of Hostmonster's services.

I have downloaded all your information, data, photos, videos, documents, files, web browsing history to myservers. I have access to all your messengers, social networks, emails, chat history, and contacts list.

My virus continuously refreshes the signatures (it is driver-based) and hence remains invisible for antivirussoftware. Likewise, I guess by now you understand why I have stayed undetected until this letter.

While gathering information about you, i have discovered that you are a big fan of adult websites. You lovevisiting porn websites and watching exciting videos while enduring an enormous amount of pleasure. Well, i havemanaged to record a number of your dirty scenes and montaged a few videos, which show how you masturbateand reach orgasms.

Very crappy company and very crappy…

Very crappy company and very crappy customer service!
You can hear the representative was giggling in the background did not care about what I was saying to her!
Deleted all my website information without letting me know even tho they had a payment on file!
After i paid all the fees I made sure I paid for at least another six years they claim that all my files are gone and it’s not their problem anymore. Shame on them!! After 12 years!!

Something just went very wrong with these people

I have been using them for more than a decade. But for the last entire week, the chat tech support is simply not starting the chat. Last time i waited 25 minutes and today it was 20 minutes.
They say all their hosting is Flash drive, but the sites are slow and they are not able to explain that either. Honestly, I have no idea what went wrong with hostmonster. It was a good vendor and we used to really like their basic, no frills service experience that got work done.

Chats are with actual living Beings; AMAZING!

Vani was my representatives name and I used chat which was a short less than 5 minute wait. Helpful and still helping. It was easy to use and I could feel the real person behind the scenes had my back all the way. Again, still does. I'm feeling the love in ensuring my site is restored with no issues. Thank you thus far and looking forward to resolve. The whole experience though challenging as a non tech person, was made better with the reps assurance.
