It works. Execution on the platform is okay, nothing special. They really need to communicate better if they want people to actually trust them though.

Had a bit of a scare with a withdrawal delay at first. Emailed support and they sorted it out in a few days. Not a perfect experience, but acceptable.

The platform itself is fine and does what it needs to, but man, the customer support is slow. I haven't had any huge bugs or anything, they just take forever to get back to you.

Their platform showed instant profits but withdrawal buttons never worked. When I complained, all contact methods stopped responding. No refunds, no support, no real service. Just a money grab operation.

Hello, I joined the exchange in mid-2025, bought manyu coins, and specifically wrote to support asking if everything was ok, whether I could buy coins on their exchange, and whether there would be any issues with withdrawals. They assured me everything would be fine, the exchange was functioning well, and I could buy with confidence. I bought $21 worth of coins. When I logged in on November 6, 2025, I saw that my balance was 0. I hadn't received any email notifications from the exchange. I figured I'd just let the money sit there, nothing bad would happen. Well, it did happen, the exchange brazenly stole my money, and there was no response or solution. However, there was a note in the support response stating that the user bears all losses.

On July 1st, 2025, my account was blocked without prior notice. Notably, this happened right after profitable trade with MYXUSDT contract from my side. Despite multiple requests for clarification, Hotcoin.com’s customer support only offered vague and unsubstantiated claims of “abnormal transactions” and “irregular profits”. Upon regaining access to my account on July 12th, I found it in the following state:

- Remaining Balance (Frozen): 1859.84 USDT
- Deducted Amount (retroactive PnL): 2770 USDT
- Block Duration: 6 months (confirmed as non-negotiable)
- Support Response via Live Chat: “Account blocked for six months; no appeal”
- Support Response via Email:
“Hello, your account has violated the Hotcoin trading rules. About your account:
- Freeze for 6 months;
- Deduct MYX futures profit;
After 6 months, your account can be used normally. Thank you for your understanding.”

No specific evidence has been provided for any alleged rule violation. The line regarding MYX profit deduction is an outright lie from Hotcoin.com customer support as deducted amount significantly exceeds my MYX contract trading profit and equals the summ of my positive PnL on this exchange for all time.

Hotcoin has deductet almost all my funds after I traded with MYXUSDT perp contract. Not only positive pnl of particular trades but ALL money that were gained through perp contracts for the last year. Stay away of this casino-like exchange. They will steal your money after you make profit on futures saying "You have gained abnormal profit". Lol. ABNORMAL? So you are allowed to trade and withdraw only if you loose...

Stay away – Hotcoin is a total scam!
They locked my account, stole my money, and gave me a fake excuse about “illegal transactions” without any proof. Support is useless and hides behind copy-paste messages. This is outright theft. Do NOT trust this exchange – you will lose your funds!

I finally turned a profit, then they blocked my account. They claimed 'abnormal activity' but never showed me a single detail. I followed all their rules, I sent multiple requests, no reply. If you are thinking about using this exchange, think again. They shut you down when things go your way.

My portfolio don't just do better, I have had more success on FIFTH & heaven. They are true to their obligations and process withdrawals timely.

Hotcoin Illegally Withheld Funds from My Account – I Do Not Recommend This Platform!
My account on the Hotcoin exchange was suspended for 6 months without any prior warning. Later, customer support informed me that the suspension was allegedly due to “high-frequency trading” involving the MYX token, and that only the positive PNL from this token would be deducted.
However, in reality, profits were deducted from all my profitable trades, and access to the remaining funds has been completely blocked! I have not received any clear explanation from support — only generic, automated replies that seem to come from a bot.
This is unacceptable: when clients lose money, Hotcoin claims it’s not responsible, but when the exchange itself seizes your money, that’s somehow “normal procedure.”
I strongly advise against using this exchange. There is a complete lack of transparency, real support, and fund security.
Warning: Hotcoin can freeze your account and confiscate your money without justification.

I was trading MYXUSDT on June 30, 2025. Once I closed my position, they immediately blocked my account and locked my money. In a few days they just blocked my account so I could log in to the system. In a week they unblocked my account, but for some reason they write off the positive PNL for ALL PRIOR FUTURE trades and left some money (in my case 1k USDT). However, my initial account balance after closing MYXUSDT position was 2100k USDT.

Now they have restricted my account from withdrawing money for 6 months and keep repeating the same information on the Life Channel.

Was using Hotcoin for a few months. Transferring to Hotcoin wasn’t a problem, buying assets wasn’t the best (although I only bought one) low liquidity so was hard to impossibly to buy anywhere near market price, had to go quite a bit above.
The real nightmare started with withdrawing. My account was blocked because it was “suspicious” they asked for some crazy proof to get it unblocked, including me sharing a video of me logging into the other exchange I used to transfer to Hotcoin. Customer service was terrible and just gave generic computer generated responses.
I managed to get out lucky and move my crypto, but it’s definitely possible my other exchange is compromised. I would never use Hotcoin again or recommend it.

This is fraudulent exchange that will block your account as soon as you get significant PnL with some contract and accuse you of unfair and abnormal trading.

1.07.25 they blocked my account with all funds on it for 6 months with no reasonable explanation. Customer support is absolutely useless and always responded with general template phrases about abnormal transactions and dishonest trading (which sounds just ridiculous considering that it's impossible without hacking exchange).
Today I finally could log in to my account to find that all the historical PnL for all time trading on Hotcoin was deduced from my funds (about 65%) and the rest of it frozen and impossible to trade with or withdraw.

Note that this scam replied all positive reviews here and did not comment latest negative ones. How would you comment this, hotcoin?

Scam exchange. My account was blocked without explanation and without access to funds.
My account was blocked after making a profit, I can not log in and check my data and trading history.
I was not provided with any evidence or explanation. The support service ignores my requests and does not follow their complaint procedures.
Support responds with monosyllabic sentences and simply copies them in response to my various questions and requests.
I have screenshots of my balance and correspondence history as evidence of fraud.

I will contact the relevant regulatory authorities, I will also publicize this in the media and on my YouTube channel.
The exchange is a fraud by all indications, be careful!

Scam exchange. They blocked my account with no reason. Support team never responds. I cannot even log it to my account. Total scam, never deposit money here.

Dangerous and dishonest exchange – Hotcoin

My account on Hotcoin was blocked without any proof or explanation, citing so-called “high-frequency trading.” At the same time, they completely blocked access to my trading history and even to the account itself — I can’t log in or check my data.

Support keeps replying with the same copy-paste messages, like it’s a bot, and doesn’t actually help. They never provided any evidence for their accusations. I have screenshots of my balance and our correspondence proving the exchange’s wrongful actions.

In my opinion, this looks like a scam: blocking accounts and holding users’ funds without reason. I plan to contact international regulators and make this situation public.

I do not recommend using this platform — there is a high risk of losing your money!

This exchange that seemed okay at first and that I previously used normally suddenly blocked me from accessing my account and funds after I, as they said “illegally” profited WOW. However, when I was losing money on the same futures pair they DID NOT say a word. My story is that I finally profit on one futures pair after having several losses then I tried to withdraw part of my crypto and got “risk control”. Afterwards, they blocked me from logging in to my account at all and I have no idea how much funds I have left at the moment , I had more than 10k USDT at that moment on my balance. Exchange does NOT provide me with any useful information about the state of my funds. However, they tell me that account may be unlocked after 180 days. This is outrageous. I hope hotcoin team will reconsider this issue BUT I highly doubt…
