Travelling around Europe with a dog is…

Travelling around Europe with a dog is not easy. B&B hotel cater for your pets and even given you a doggy welcome pack. The breakfast is between 8-12 euros and varies from hotel to hotel. In France the breakfast is ok and have limited drink facilities in the hotel. Spain the quality of breakfast is much higher and you have free 24 hour hot drinks available.
Most have free parking, or for a small charge.
I would recommend for anyone travelling with Pets.
...and friendly staff!

Okay but

Vending machine didn't accept my card so had to leave the hotel in the night for something. No coffee in room. Checkout is 12pm but cleaner knocked on door twice at 9 and 10.

I did an annulation in time ....

I did an annulation at B&B Oberhausen am Centro in time which is confirmed bij them on 22 december 2024. It costs 111 e, was no problem. But because their system did not work i had to pay 12,70 e extra. I got no reaction form them at my complaint. Very bad and i never book again here, it is the principe !!!

When arrived at 22.10pm due to being 10…

When arrived at 22.10pm due to being 10 mins late for reception closing at 22.00 pm was left for 40 mins with no way of getting room codes thinking we had no where to stay vending machine kept taking my money when asked about it they knew it didn't work yet didnt put a out of service sign on it just not very welcoming at all.

I was contacted whilst on holiday and…

I was contacted whilst on holiday and told that my mother had fallen gravely ill so needed to return to the UK asap. I contacted B&B head office to ask if I could move my booking to one day earlier as we had to drive to Calais from Germany and needed to get an early morning shuttle to get back quickly. The answer was 'no' so we booked another night and lost the value of our original booking. My mother sadly passed away 3 days after we got back. I emailed B&B saying that in circumstances such as these a compassionate approach should be taken. This is their reply.

First of all, I would like to offer you my condolences.
I am aware that the hotel did not meet your expectations. The conditions of the offer you chose were applied to you.
I sincerely regret that you perceived this as a lack of empathy.

I will stay elsewhere in future.

Easy to get to by bus.

Easy to get to by bus.
Pleasant and friendly customer service.
Being refurbished at the minute but nice, comfy rooms , also a good price.
Couldn't fault it.

Needs a chef

Firstly on our arrival I thought the hotel look tatty as in the outside needs repainting because it’s looking sad. Secondly when inside I was surprised how nice everything was, the reception the room was lovely and clean and fresh towels and the bar area was nice to sit in and have my glass of wine in the evenings. Thirdly The only thing that let everything down was the food. I paid 54 euros for a 3 course meal for myself and my son and the first course was small the second course was ridiculously Small for 2 grown men and the dessert was so small it was laughable. The free wine was that bad my son never drank his. From entering the restaurant and eating then leaving took about 32 minutes in total and for a 3 course meal that’s insane. As soon as the knife or fork touched the plate the plate was taken away and the next course in front of me within seconds not minutes, seconds. The breakfast was so bad we only had it once on our 2 nights stay. The scrambled egg was cold the small sausages were so hard I struggled to bite into them, the bacon was cold and not cooked properly. In the end, all I had was a chocolate croissant which was actually nice. My son had some kiwi fruit but that was frozen. The waiters water all smart except the guy dishing out the cooked breakfast, he was in jogging bottoms and a t shirt for some reason. When I was checking out the receptionist asked if everything was okay and I said yes except the food and her actual words to us were , you’re not the first to complain about the food.
I would recommend your hotel to friends but I’d say eat out until you actually employ a chef.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I was making my booking online for the 9/9, and for some reason the website "lacked" and ended up resetting the information I had entered. Unfortunately, I didn't discover that until I had to check in and the lady behind the counter informed me. As I said, the website had reset what I had entered and changed the date to 6/12 (which was the standard date when you entered the site) EVEN THOUGH the booking took place at the beginning of September?? When I was informed of the booking date, she subsequently assured me, that I would get a refund for my purchase, and that the money would be in my account after a few days. So I booked another room for the correct date at the counter and expected that would be it.. I received an email saying they could not refund the other booking as promised. I responded and was having a hard time understandig why they refused to help or do anything at all.. The costumer service was very rude and was at no help at all. I'm not coming back.. However, I will say that the rooms were good, but not so good that I would end up paying what I did.. My reservation for december still stands, and the room will be empty and they will be happy, I guess...

Great experience

I stayed at B&B Hotel, Aachen HBF, for second time in just over a week and as with my first visit, cannot praise the staff and facilities too highly.
My room was spotless, large bed for solo traveller. Breakfast was superb buffet type. Staff were simply fantastic in assisting me with advice on local transport and allowing me,after check out,to store my case whilst I visited tourist sites,before my train departure.
Unhesitatingly recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience with staff/management

I booked a stay b&b munchen oost months in advance.

Unfortunately, as our travel date approached, my wife fell ill and was advised against traveling. I contacted the hotel to cancel or reschedule on medical grounds, but they denied both requests. As a result, I lost all my money.

I find this approach very inhuman. There should be policies in place to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

Advertised as gluten free but is not

Advertised as gluten free, online and at the location. Stayed at Milan Central. Only thing gluten free provided was a small chocolate cake bar. Complained and was told that's all we offer... Feel scammed. Never will book with them again

friendly staff professional customer service

I would like to thank all the staff at B&B hotel Bergamo receptionists for their friendly service, Gabrielle who was on the desk is very lovely and friendly. The hotel is so close to the airport and Bergamo centrale, close to the station and città alta thank you all and to the next 😊

The Nürnberg Hbf - Extreme Customer Service

The Nürnberg Hbf, hotel is in a very good location and well presented. We arrived to unfortunately find our booking was misplaced. Employee C was extremely helpful, and understanding and she went out of her way and located our misplaced booking. Then also helped us out with breakfast the following morning, going out of her way, yet again.

The customer service that we have received from Employee C during our stay has been nothing but outstanding.

We would highly recommend any body staying at this hotel.

It deserves 5 🌟

Hotel Bonfleur

Booked the wrong date because the website changed dates. Mailed them immediately to correct it, but they wouldn't change the date, even though there was plenty of room. No flexipack really means no flex.... For a customer focused company this was not very customer friendly.

Getting in touch with the hotel was impossible. The service desk tried to connect me to the hotel 8 times but no one picked up the phone.

So I lost 210€, this is theft.

B&Bhotels Vigo

B&Bhotels Vigo is a good budget-friendly option for travelers looking for a clean and comfortable stay in a central location. The friendly service and clean rooms are a plus, however be aware that noise from other rooms may be an issue due to thin walls. If a quiet stay is essential, consider this drawback.

Stay away from the awful company

Stay away from the awful company. The customer service is non-existent, almost 3 months of contacting the company via the ''online'' form and still no one has the decency to respond.
In addition do not stay in B&B Hotel Goussainvile if you value your possessions! A supposed secure car park with 24 hour security and a security guard doing hourly rounds yet our car was broken into, directly in view of the reception desk, only 3 cars in the car park and yet staff did not know anything about it or even hear the alarm. Supposedly this had never happened before yet the local police were quite sure they had a customer of the same hotel just the week before. All seems a bit convenient, some would say they could smell a rat, but that could also have been the dozen dead rats in the grounds we found when searching for our belongings after the break in. The experience completely destroyed the end of our trip away and this vile company has nothing to say about it. Save your money and heart break and stay else where.

Very indifferent customer service

Received a email from them telling me I'm entitled to 15% discount if I book before 31/05/2024.I needed to book a room for the night of the 29/05/2024 at Chartrè le Coudrey spent an hour trying to book it using the App on my phone which would not complete so in the end phoned them and did it over the phone which took about 20 minutes the girl I spoke to couldn't find my account and the system wouldn't recognise my email address, I ended up paying more than she quoted me didn't get the 15% discount and to cap it all just received my French phone bill it turns out they use premium rate numbers so added another 6€ to the cost. Here's one customer that won't be returning.
