BEST WESTERN Hotel Fredericia har udsigt til en lille sø i det skønne, grønne område ved Madsby Park. Hotellet ligger ved siden af Fredericia Idrætscenter, 300 m fra konferencecentret Messe C, og tilbyder lyse, moderne værelser med gratis WiFi. Alle værelser har tv, skrivebord og eget badeværelse med brusebad. Samtlige værelser har desuden historiske billeder af Fredericias bymidte, som ligger mindre end 5 minutters kørsel derfra. I vores restaurant serverer kokken danske og amerikanske retter, i steakhouse genren. Der serveres morgenbuffet hver dag, og der kan bestilles drinks i hotellets bar hele dagen. Der tilbydes rabat på entréen til det nærliggende subtropiske vandland. Hotellet kan desuden arrangere greenfees til Fredericia Golfklub, 200 m derfra.

I recently booked a best Western hotel…

I recently booked a best Western hotel for a weekend in September through booked.net , this was 3 months in advance. On recieving my confirmation I noticed the hotel price did not include breakfast or parking, which were both extra, as my wife is disabled I very much need parking. I next day cancelled the booking, and to my horror discovered I was charged a 100 percent fee for my cancellation. I have been left with no option other than hiring legal services and taking the matter further. The public really needs to be made aware of this companies practice absolutely shocking.thank you for your swift reply, I will forward the details onto you. Sorry that you had this incident with a BW hotel.
We don't charge for parking (unless you're charging your electrical car) and we only charge for breakfast if you booked without.
I can't find you in our system / your booking anywhere, so are you sure it's at our hotel in Fredericia? Do you have a booking-/confirmation number or a specific date, so I can look what happened? If not it with us, could you please be so kind to remove your comment, thanks.
