I booked a hotel room for 9 days…
I booked a hotel room for 9 days through Hotel DE and then determined that I needed to add another day at the end of the stay. I called Hotel DE and they were quickly able to handle my request without any issues. The representative I spoke with was very professional, we'll spoken and easy to understand. She was a pleasure to deal with. Lowest price I could find as well. Great job by Hotel De!

A horrible experience
A horrible experience. We had to spend the night at Montreal airport because you told us the Parc Suite room is reserved but actually it is not. We tried to check in to the hotel Park Suite, and then the owner said they never saw our registration. Basically, hotel.info lied to us about confirming our reservation, and we had to panically ask all the hotels around that area if they have any room left, and guess what every hotel is fully booked for the long weekend. Our option for the night at Montreal is either a 24h Tim’s or the airport. How could any service provider tell your customer the room is successfully reserved when it is not? The most frustrating experience ever.

Diner: took them 40 minutes to give us the menu, when we did get the goulash soup within 5 minutes the head dish was also given,she said sorry, i said: take it with you, after 15 minutes the head dish was given back, all hard cause of the heating bulb or something like that.
Breakfast, well..not fast took her 20 minuten to give us some bread,.30 minutes for a omelet, and we were alone!! Didt ask meat or vegan, so we did get cheese and meat on 1 plate, way to salty salad.
The room was almost 1 BIG closet.
No for me never again.
