I use hotel.de / hotel.info very often
I use hotel.de / hotel.info very often. Is probably my main reservation website.
I always find lower prices, and I never had problems with reservations. Is possible to filter by their special offer. Sometimes I save up to 40 ot 50%. I really recommend it.

An absolute shambles don’t book on hotel DE
An absolute shambles. Turned up to the hotel for the room to be unavailable and double booked. The receptionist at the hotel had said the company had tried to phone me. They had not. I ended up having to sleep in the hotel lobby thanks to the kind receptionist who attempted to accommodate me. Avoid booking on the hotel.de app.

Customer service is non-existant
Customer service is non-existant. How many times does one need to select "English" before English is actually spoken? And after 20 minutes of clicking 1-2-3 and up and down the call ends without a connection and without an explanation. Weird experience. I guess no need to ask your customer experience - just try yourself!

Dubble booking
We booked 4 rooms but something went wrong. Then we had 8 rooms.
So i have telephoned whit a lady and she said: i will take care of it and will phone the hotel in Germany, Gut Altona in Dotlingen. This i promise you she said and you dont have to pay, only for the four rooms that you booked. The other rooms will be deleaded.
But the call was never made to the hotel, because i had asked it to the emloymend of the hotel, and i had to pay € 282 extra.
That's not the way to threat people like this. I am very disapointed.
I hope i can have my money back. If not then i will write a very angry review and you can be sure that it will be readed by a lot of people.

173235909. That is the reservationnumber of the booking that us double.
I hope you can fix this.
