It's easy to book your hotel.

I was not happy at all. When I arrived at the hotel as I had to be told the hotel was fully booked and had to be placed into a two single bed smoker room.. waiting on a reply for my money bad very bad experience

1 day after the Reservation I received a cancellation via email from HRS because a dog is not allowed. It is explicetly stated that pets ARE allowed on the Hotel.de page for Bauernhof Huaberhof, Weerberg.
I was told as well that cancellation might not be free of Charge - this is pending on the decision of Bauernhof Huaberhof.

It is simply not acceptable to declare a Hotel pet friendly and not to accept a dog.

I booked and received a conf. nr. Then the hotel wrote and said it was full and that there must have been a mistake in the booking. Still waiting to hear why this happened. Don't know if hotel.info is to blame or the hotel but something went wrong.

I booked a hotel with free cancellation. I cancelled the hotel before the free cancellation deadline through their online cancellation webpage. I never received an email confirming I had done it but as I saw the on-screen cancellation acceptance page I thought that was enough. However I was still charged a "No Show" fee. When I complained I was basically told "tough", no one was interested and I received no help at all.

I made an error in booking my room on the wrong date and called by phone to fix the error and to my surprise they looked after my request immediately then sent me confirmation that my room had been changed to the right date. Extremely great service.

I booked a 144.00 per night room at the Fairfield Inn in Charlotte. I arrived with my reservations to be told the hote lwas over booked and they did not have a room for me. They booked a room for my 5 miles away at a 50 dollar a night microcell. The manager of the Fairfield told me too bad. What are you complaining about that I did not have to pay for the room. When I complained to him on his personal cell phone he told my to stop texting him or he would call the police on me for harassing him. He. Is a scammer and keeping the difference in his pocket. I was told by the morning desk receptionist that they overbook the hotel by 9 guest each night and all the non Fairfield reservations like Expedia and hotels.com are bumped and put into inferior hotels. He was so upset when I shared my story and photos of the microtel hotel he told me he was so sick of having to bump guests every night that he was going to look for a new job.

I want my money back. Please help.

My next step is to get ahold of my cc card company and refuse to pay for the two nights in a room that I did not get and to get the charges reversed.

Hotel amazing but the price you charged us was more than if we had booked direct with the hotel

After 4 hour journey I got to my hotel at 7.30pm only to be told they had no record of my booking. I showed them the booking confirmation and they stated it should not have booked me as they were fully booked. Just a thought, instead of sending me emails during the day about what the weather was like at my destination you should check that my booking is valid. Thankfully found myself another hotel in the are on a more reliable booking company.

This is just so easy to use, and the best thing is that you get the confirmation very quickly. No problems at all.

Thanks to the call center, I was able to change my booking date after I proceeded my paiement for a non-refundable room at a wrong date.

Position excellent. Room beautiful , clean end spacious. The staff is very kind. The guest feels like at home. Breakfast excellent , plentiful fresh.

You are making me wait for three days for a simple three line reply regarding a reservation at Hotel Alsterblick in Hamburg on November 18, for which
Your system is unable to send a confirmation and is unable to accept an already executed correction of my e-mail address. Today, I will cancel this reservation, unless you take action, give up my account with hotel.de and look for a hotel booking site which is able to timely respond. Sorry to say, spend less on marketing and more on your people and systems. This will help you to not only survive the next quarters but be around in five years. HP Musahl

Booking process went without a hitch. However price stated did say "Including all taxes" and this was not the case. Tourist Tax was extra - although this didn't amount to much personally, it may effect/annoy others to a greater degree.
